內地漢涉搶劫被拘
2019年1月2日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗搶劫案，事主報稱損失合共約97,500澳門元。
經調查後得悉，案中內地女事主在本澳從事賣淫活動期間，在賭場內認識從事疊碼的涉案內地男子。2019年1月2日，女事主接獲涉案男子來電，藉詞介紹工作誘騙女事主前往路氹城區某酒店房間，當女事主抵達酒店房間後，突然被三名男子綑綁及用浴袍帶蒙眼，並搶劫事主身上現金及首飾，更被懷疑利刀架頸要脅透露微信轉帳密碼；事主於涉案人等逃離現場後自行鬆綁及報案。
本局調查後鎖定三名涉案男子的身份，2019年1月13日其中一名涉案男子經關閘口岸進入本澳，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲。其承認與兩名同伙在本澳從事“扒仔”及非法兌換貨幣活動，因賭敗而犯案。本局以搶劫罪將涉案男子移交檢察院偵辦，並繼續追捕在逃人士。
Mainland man arrested for robbery
On 2nd January 2019, a case of robbery was transferred to the Judiciary Police by the Public Security Police Force, in which the victim reported a total loss of around MOP 97,500.
Investigation revealed that the female mainland victim got acquainted with the involved mainland man, who was a junket agent, in the casino while she was engaging in prostitution in Macao. On 2nd January 2019, the involved man called the female victim and lured her to a hotel room in the Cotai district on the pretext of brokering a job. The female victim was suddenly tied up and blindfolded with the belt of a bathrobe by three men upon her arrival to the hotel room, and was robbed of her cash and jewellery. She was even threatened to reveal the password for Wechat money transfer when something suspected to be a blade was placed on her neck. The victim untied herself and reported the case to the police after the involved persons had fled the scene.
The three involved men were identified after investigation. On 13th January 2019, one of them was intercepted with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force when he was entering Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint. He admitted to engaging in tip hustling and illegal currency exchange activities with his two accomplices in Macao, and had committed the crime due to his loss in gambling. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery while continued to pursue the absconded persons.
Detido um homem da China continental por roubo
Em 2 de Janeiro de 2019, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo transferido pela PSP, no qual a vítima alegou ter sofrido um prejuízo de 97.500 patacas.
Na investigação, apurou-se que uma mulher da China continental, durante a sua estadia em Macau para prostituir-se, conheceu num casino um homem também da China que actuava como pedinte. No dia 2 de Janeiro de 2019, a mulher recebeu uma chamada do suspeito a pedir para que se deslocasse a um quarto de hotel no Cotai, para lhe dar um trabalho. Quando chegou ao quarto, de repente apareceram três homens que a atacaram, taparam-lhe os olhos com um roupão e roubaram-lhe o dinheiro e as jóias. Suspeita-se ainda, que a prostituta tenha sido ameaçada com uma faca para revelar a palavra-passe das transferências do Wechat. A vítima acabou por se libertar após os três suspeitos terem fugido e fez a denúncia.
A PJ conseguiu identificar os três suspeitos, um deles foi detido com a colaboração da PSP no dia 13 de Janeiro de 2019 quando tentava entrar pelo posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco. O detido admitiu ter trabalhado em Macau, em conluio com os dois cúmplices, como pedinte que frequentava casinos e efectuado actividades ligadas aos câmbios ilegais, justificando-o com as dívidas. O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por roubo. A PJ continua à procura dos fugitivos.
