內地女子涉加重盜竊被拘
2018年4月18日，內地男事主向本局報稱來澳旅遊及賭博，期間與一名在賭場認識之內地女子一同在租住的酒店房間休息，當男事主睡醒後，發現手提包內的現金港幣四萬四千元及港幣籌碼一萬七千元不翼而飛，該內地女子亦失去踪影。
本局調查後鎖定涉案女子的身份，並於2019年1月12日涉案女子再次入境時由治安警察局協助將其截獲；其承認乘事主入睡期間盜去其手提包內的現金及籌碼，再將所盜籌碼兌現後到娛樂場賭博並全數輸清。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman arrested for aggravated theft
A mainland male victim reported to the Judiciary Police on 18th April 2018 that, while travelling and gambling in Macao, he rested in a rented hotel room together with a mainland woman whom he had met in a casino. The male victim woke up only to find that cash of HKD44,000 and chips worth of HKD17,000 inside his handbag were missing, and the mainland woman also vanished into thin air.
The Judiciary Police identified the involved woman upon investigation, and intercepted the involved woman with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force upon her re-entry to Macao on 12th January 2019. She confessed to have stolen the cash and chips inside the victim’s handbag when he was asleep, and cashed the stolen chips which were all gambled away in casino afterwards. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detida uma mulher da China continental por furto qualificado
Em 18 de Abril de 2018, um indivíduo da China continental fez queixa na PJ dizendo que veio a Macau para visitar e jogar nos casinos, durante a sua estadia, conheceu uma mulher, também da China continental, num casino e os dois foram descansar no quarto de um hotel. Quando o homem acordou, descobriu que 44.000 HKD em numerário e 17.000 HKD em fichas que estavam na sua mala tinham desaparecido assim como a mulher.
Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar a mulher que foi interceptada, com a ajuda do CPSP, em 12 de Janeiro de 2019 quando entrou no território. Esta confessou que quando a vítima estava a dormir, furtou o dinheiro e as fichas da sua mala, trocou logo as fichas em dinheiro e jogou no casino, mas perdeu tudo. A detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
