兩內地男涉加重盜竊被拘
本局在2018年12月12日起的20天內，先後接獲六名事主報稱於澳門及路氹城區食肆用膳時，被人盜去原放在外套的財物，涉案金額共約49萬港元。
本局展開調查後鎖定兩名內地男子的身份，並查悉兩人佯裝顧客進入食肆，由一人負責把風，另一人則伺機盜竊；本局掌握兩人的行蹤，於2019年1月2日在新口岸區某大廈將兩人緝獲，又查獲其中一名涉案男子還涉及2012年1月另一宗同類案件。兩人否認犯罪，但本局根據調查證據，以加重盜竊罪將之移送檢察院偵辦。
Two mainland Chinese men arrested for aggravated theft
n the 20 days following 12 December 2018, the Judiciary Police received reports from six victims successively who claimed to have had their belongings stolen from their jackets while dining at restaurants in Macao and Cotai. The involved amount totaled around HKD 490,000.
Investigation was then launched, identifying two mainland Chinese men who had posed as customers to enter the restaurants. One acted as a lookout while the other was waiting for the opportune moment to steal. Having tracked the men down, the Judiciary Police intercepted them in a building in NAPE on 2 January 2019. One of them was found to be involved in another similar case that took place in January 2012. Despite their denial of involvement in the case, the Judiciary Police transferred them to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft based on investigative evidence.
Detidos dois homens da China continental por furto qualificado
A partir de 22 de Dezembro de 2018, no espaço de 20 dias, houve algumas queixas de furto semelhantes. As 6 vítimas disseram que quando estavam a tomar refeições em restaurantes de Macau e do Cotai, os seus pertences que estavam no casaco foram furtados, num prejuízo total de cerca de 490.000 HKD.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar dois homens, ambos da China continental. Ficou apurado que se fizeram passar por clientes entrando nos restaurantes, um vigiava e o outro à primeira oportunidade furtava. A PJ descobriu os seus paradeiros e deteve-os num edifício do NAPE em 2 de Janeiro de 2019, descobriu ainda que um deles estava envolvido noutro furto ocorrido em Janeiro de 2012. Os dois negaram, mas foram presentes ao MP pela PJ por furto qualificado, de acordo com as provas recolhidas.
