內地男子涉搶劫及誣告被捕
2019年1月1日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，路氹城區某酒店發生一宗詐騙案。
本局派員到場調查，發現涉案內地男子早前來澳賭博期間曾向他人刷卡套現，從而知悉相關人士會身懷大量現金。其於案發當日再次來澳賭博並輸掉63萬港元，遂通過中間人相約內地男事主到其租住酒店房間進行刷卡套現，並藉詞對方盜竊其財物而要求搜身，雙方發生拉扯期間，涉案男子搶去事主裝有現金的膠袋後逃走；事主馬上追截，涉案男子恐事件敗露，故反向酒店保安員誣陷事主詐騙，並要求保安員協助報警。
涉案男子承認犯罪，本局以搶劫罪及誣告罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Mainland man arrested for robbery and false accusation
On 1st January 2019, the Judiciary Police was notified of a case of fraud that took place in a hotel in the Cotai district by the Public Security Police Force.
While the personnel of the Judiciary Police was investigating at the scene, it was revealed that the involved mainland man had cashed out with his bank card from someone when he gambled in Macao before and thus became aware that those who cash out for others would carry around a large amount of cash. On the day this case happened, he came to Macao again and lost HKD 630,000 in gambling, thus through a middleman, he asked the mainland male victim to meet him at the hotel room he rented for cashing out with his bank card. He then demanded to search the victim on the pretext that the victim had stolen his properties. While the two were pulling and dragging, the involved man robbed the victim of the plastic bag containing the cash and fled the scene. The victim pursued him immediately. Worried that his scheme would be unveiled, the involved man made a false accusation of fraud against the victim to the hotel security guard and requested the security guard to assist him in reporting to the police.
The involved man admitted to committing the crime and was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and false accusation.
Detido um homem da China continental por roubo e denúncia caluniosa
No dia 1 de Janeiro de 2019, recebemos uma comunicação do CPSP sobre um caso de burla ocorrido num hotel na zona do Cotai.
Enviamos agentes para investigação no local, apurou-se que o suspeito, homem da China continental, quando, há dias, veio a Macau para jogar, efectuou um levantamento ilegal de dinheiro com cartão de crédito mediante outra pessoa, por isso tinha conhecimento de que aquela pessoa guardava uma grande quantia de dinheiro. No dia do crime, o suspeito veio novamente a Macau para jogar e perdeu 630 mil HKD, assim, através de um intermediário, combinou com a vítima, homem da China continental, para levantar de dinheiro com o cartão de crédito no quarto de hotel do suspeito. Com a intenção de roubar-lhe dinheiro e bens, o suspeito pediu para revistar a vítima, os dois brigaram, o suspeito roubou o saco plástico com o dinheiro da vítima e fugiu, a vítima perseguiu-o de imediato. O suspeito, por receio que o crime fosse descoberto, fez uma denúncia caluniosa, junto do segurança do hotel, onde dizia ter sido burlado pela vítima, requerendo uma intervenção da polícia com a ajuda do segurança.
O suspeito admitiu o crime e foi presente ao Ministério Público por roubo e denúncia caluniosa.
