男子涉詐騙就逮
2017年11月29日，本局接獲一名內地女子報稱被一名男子詐騙，損失六萬港元。
調查發現，內地女事主於2017年7月在某賭場認識涉案內地男子，案發當日雙方相約來澳賭博，涉案男子聲稱只要到媽閣廟祈福，便可逢賭必勝，事主遂跟隨他前往媽閣廟，將六萬港元賭本交給他代為祈福；涉案男子將款項放進利是封後置於神壇上，着事主叩拜後交還利是封。二人到賭場後，事主打開利是封發現失去款項，涉案男子訛稱款項遺留在廟內，二人折返後遍尋不獲，涉案男子藉故離開並失去聯絡。
本局鎖定涉案男子的身份，並查悉其作案後逃回內地；2018年12月31日，涉案男子再次入境本澳時被本局截獲，其否認犯案，本局根據相關調查證據，以詐騙罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Man apprehended for fraud
On 29th November 2017, a mainland woman reported to the Judiciary Police that she had been defrauded by a man, incurring a loss of HKD 60,000.
Investigation revealed that the mainland female victim got acquainted with the involved mainland man in a casino in July 2017. On the day when the case happened, they scheduled to come to Macao for gambling. The involved man claimed that he could win every time as long as he had gone to A-Ma Temple for spiritual blessing, the victim therefore followed him to the A-Ma temple and handed him HKD 60,000 of gambling capital for spiritual blessing on her behalf. After putting the money into a red packet and placing it on the altar, the involved man asked the victim to bow in salute and then retuned her the red packet. It was only when she opened the red packet after the duo arrived at the casino did she find that the money had disappeared. The involved man falsely claimed that the money had been left in the temple, but the duo failed to find it even after they returned. The man then left with an excuse and lost contact.
The involved man was identified by the Judiciary Police, and he was learned to have fled back to the mainland after the perpetration. Upon his entry to Macao again on 31st December 2018, the involved man was intercepted by the Judiciary Police and he denied the perpetration. According to the relevant investigation evidence, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud.
Detido um homem por burla
Em 29 de Novembro de 2017, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de uma mulher da China continental que declarou que tinha sido burlada por um homem em 60.000 HKD.
Após averiguações, soube-se que a vítima da RPC tinha conhecido o homem também da RPC num casino em Julho de 2017 e no dia da ocorrência os dois combinaram para vir jogar a Macau. O suspeito disse que podia ganhar em todos os jogos uma vez que efectuasse uma reza no Templo de A-Má. Assim, a vítima seguiu-o para ir ao templo e entregou-lhe 60.000 HKD, dinheiro que usaria para jogar, para proceder a uma cerimónia. O homem meteu o dinheiro num pacote vermelho e colocou-o no altar, pedindo à vítima para fazer reverência e devolveu-lhe o pacote vermelho. Quando os dois chegaram ao casino, a vítima abriu o pacote vermelho e verificou que o dinheiro tinha desaparecido, o suspeito disse-lhe que talvez o dinheiro tinha ficado no templo. Regressaram os dois ao templo, procuraram em todos os lados mas não o conseguiram encontrar. O homem afastou-se com um pretexto e desapareceu.
A PJ conseguiu identificar o homem e apurou que este tinha fugido para a China continental após a actuação. Em 31 de Dezembro de 2018, o suspeito, ao entrar novamente em Macau, foi detido pela PJ. O mesmo negou ter praticado o crime, mas foi presente ao MP por burla conforme as provas obtidas durante a investigação.
