澳珠警方聯手搗破跨境偷渡集團 截獲三名集團成員和一名非法入境者
本局早前接獲情報，指一個以內地男子為主腦的偷渡集團，以水路方式協助非法入境者偷渡往返珠海及本澳。本局與珠海市公安局聯手深入調查，並鎖定犯罪集團的犯案模式及集團成員的身份。
2018年12月20日，本局得悉該犯罪集團派遣三名成員協助一名內地人士偷渡入境，隨即啟動反偷渡工作聯防機制，聯同珠海警方及澳門海關採取拘捕行動。
行動中，本局拘捕負責在澳接應的涉案男子及上述非法入境者，澳門海關則截獲駕駛船隻及負責把風的集團成員，並扣押兩艘涉案船隻；珠海警方於當地擒獲該犯罪集團的一名主腦及兩名成員。
調查發現，上述非法入境者給付一萬元人民幣予偷渡集團，以協助其偷渡來澳。此外，其中一名成員為未達刑事歸責年齡之青少年。本局對兩名涉案男子控以犯罪集團罪及協助（非法入境）罪，並連同該青少年及非法入境者一併移送檢察院處理。
Macao and Zhuhai police jointly busted cross-border illegal immigration syndicate, with three syndicate members and one illegal immigrant intercepted
The Judiciary Police received intelligence at an earlier time that an illegal immigration syndicate, which was masterminded by a mainland man, had been assisting illegal immigrants to smuggle to and from Zhuhai and Macao by sea. The Judiciary Police and the Zhuhai Municipal Public Security Bureau launched an in-depth investigation together, and identified the modus operandi and the syndicate members of this criminal syndicate.
On 20th December 2018, the Judiciary Police learnt that the criminal syndicate had sent 3 members to assist a mainlander entering Macao illegally. The Joint Prevention Mechanism for Anti-illegal Immigration was activated forthwith, and an arrest operation was employed jointly with the Zhuhai Police and the Macao Customs Service.
In this operation, the Judiciary Police had arrested the involved man who was responsible for coordinating in Macao and the aforementioned illegal immigrant. On the other hand, the Macao Customs Service had intercepted the syndicate members who were responsible for steering the boat and keeping watch, and seized two involved boats. The Zhuhai Police arrested 1 mastermind and 2 syndicate members of the criminal syndicate locally.
Investigation revealed that the aforementioned illegal immigrant had paid RMB10,000 to the illegal immigration syndicate so as to facilitate him to smuggle into Macao. Moreover, one of the members was a juvenile who has yet to reach the age of criminal liability. The two involved man were charged with the offences of criminal syndicate and assisting (illegal entry), and were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office together with the juvenile and the illegal immigrant.

A PJ recebeu informações sobre uma rede criminosa de imigração ilegal, liderada por homens da China continental, que movimentaria pessoas ilegalmente entre Zhuhai e Macau utilizando pela via do mar. Na investigação em colaboração com a Directoria Municipal de Segurança Pública de Zhuhai, conseguimos identificar o modus operandi e os elementos da rede criminosa.
Em 20 de Dezembro de 2018, a PJ tomou conhecimento de que três elementos da rede tinham sido enviados para levar um indivíduo da China continental a Macau, de imediato activámos o mecanismo de prevenção conjunta no combate à imigração ilegal, lançámos uma operação de detenção conjuntamente com a polícia de Zhuhai e os Serviços de Alfândega de Macau (SA).
Na operação, um homem, responsável em Macau, e o imigrante ilegal foram detidos pela PJ, os SA interceptaram os elementos da rede encarregues de conduzir o barco e de vigiar, apreendendo dois barcos, enquanto que a polícia de Zhuhai deteve na cidade vizinha um cabecilha e dois membros da rede.
Na investigação, apurou-se que o imigrante ilegal pagou 10 mil RMB para entrar ilegalmente em Macau. Para além dele, havia um membro da rede ainda menor que não atinge a idade de imputabilidade penal. Os dois homens envolvidos foram acusados de associação criminosa e auxílio à imigração ilegal e presentes ao Ministério Público em conjunto com o jovem e o imigrante ilegal.
