內地男子涉搶劫被拘
2018年11月7日凌晨，內地男事主途經路氹金光大道某酒店行人天橋時，遭一名“換錢黨”搭訕兌換港元，事主將62,720元人民幣匯到涉案男子提供的帳戶，並準備點算兌換所得的港元時，突然被對方搶走手上港元；事主追截期間，先後被涉案男子的兩名同黨阻擋及以摺刀指嚇，最終三人成功逃逸。
本局接報後迅速鎖定三名涉案男子的身份，其中一名涉案男子於2018年12月19日入境本澳，由治安警察局協助將其截獲。調查期間，本局人員在其身上搜獲一張不屬於其本人的內地身份證明文件，以搶劫、禁用武器、使用或占有他人文件等三罪將之移送檢察院處理，並繼續追查在逃人士。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in robbery
In the wee hours of 7th November 2018, while the mainland male victim was passing by a footbridge of a hotel in Cotai Strip, a “money exchange gangster” struck up a conversation with him and asked him to exchange his money into Hong Kong dollars. The victim remitted RMB62,720 to the account provided by the involved man. When the victim was about to count the Hong Kong dollars he had exchanged, the other party snatched the Hong Kong dollars from his hands suddenly. When the victim was pursuing after the involved man, he was blocked and threatened with a folding knife by two accomplices of the involved man successively. In the end, the trio fled successfully.
Upon receipt of the report, the Judiciary Police identified the three involved men promptly. One of the involved men entered Macao on 19th December 2018. Aided by the Public Security Police Force, he was intercepted. During investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police found that he was in possession of a Chinese identification document which did not belong to him. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery, prohibited weapons and usage or possession of documents of others, while continuing to track the persons at large.
Detido um homem da China continental por roubo
Na madrugada de 7 de Novembro de 2018, quando um homem da China continental estava na passarela de um hotel do Cotai, um “burlão da troca de dinheiro” convenceu-o a trocar dólares de Hong Kong. O homem depositou 62.720 RMB numa conta bancária fornecida pelo suspeito. Quando este estava a contar os dólares de Hong Kong obtidos, o outro, de repente, roubou-lhe o dinheiro, a vítima perseguiu-o, mas dois cúmplices do suspeito impediram-lhe de avançar e ameaçaram-no com um canivete, finalmente, os três conseguiram fugir.
A PJ identificou rapidamente os três indivíduos, um deles foi detido com a colaboração do CPSP ao entrar em Macau no dia 19 de Dezembro de 2018. Na investigação, os nossos agentes encontraram, na posse do detido, um documento de identificação da China de outrem. O detido foi presente ao MP por roubo, detenção de armas proibidas e uso ou posse de documento alheio. A PJ continua à procura de eventuais cúmplices em fuga.
