菲律賓籍女子涉加重盜竊被拘
本局於2018年10月初先後接獲三宗街頭盜竊案，其中兩名事主被陌生男子藉詞拾物而發生身體接觸，再被其他同黨盜取財物，另一名事主則在商場扶手電梯時被多人圍住而失竊，三宗案件合共損失約7.8萬澳門元。
本局深入調查後鎖定多名人士的身份，其中一名涉案菲律賓籍女子於2018年12月18日入境本澳，被治安警察局人員截獲及轉交本局處理。涉案女子否認犯案，本局根據調查所得，顯示涉案女子伙同多名同鄉共同實施盜竊行為，遂以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院偵辦，並追查其餘涉案人士。
Filipina arrested for aggravated theft
The Judiciary Police successively received three street theft cases in early October 2018, two victims of which came into bodily contact with strange men using an excuse of picking things up, subsequently had their valuables stolen by the men’s accomplices. The other victim was besieged by a number of people and thus fell prey to theft while using the escalator in a shopping mall. The total loss incurred in these three cases was approximately MOP78,000.
The Judiciary Police identified several individuals after launching in-depth investigation. One involved Filipina was intercepted by the Public Security Police officers upon her entry to Macao on 18th December 2018, and was then handed over to the Judiciary Police. Despite the involved woman’s denial of perpetration, the investigation carried out by the Judiciary Police revealed that the involved woman colluded with several clansmen to have collectively committed the larceny. As such, the Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, while pursuing the other involved individuals at large.

No início de Outubro de 2018 recebemos três queixas de furtos na via pública, das quais, duas vítimas tiveram um contacto físico por um homem desconhecido que usou o pretexto de apanhar algo que tinha caído no chão, enquanto que os cúmplices efectuavam o furto. No outros caso, a vítima ficou bloqueada numa escada rolante de um centro comercial por várias pessoas, naquela altura foi furtada, o prejuízo total dos três casos foi de cerca de 78.000 patacas.
Vários indivíduos foram identificados na investigação e verificou-se que um dos suspeitos era uma filipina, esta entrou em Macau no dia 18 de Dezembro e foi interceptada pelos agentes da PSP e entregue à PJ. A mulher negou o facto porém, conforme o apurado, praticou este crime com vários cúmplices, seus conterrâneos. A detida foi presente ao MP acusada de furto qualificado. A PJ continua a procurar os outros eventuais cúmplices.
