內地男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2018年12月15日，香港男事主來澳賭博期間認識涉案內地男子，兩人一同賭博，至翌日凌晨返回男事主租住的酒店客房休息。事主如廁出來，發現涉案男子不知去向，檢查發現失去1.5萬港元現金及5萬港元兌換券，隨即報警求助。
本局接報後展開調查，於同日清晨在皇朝區某娛樂場將涉案男子截獲，並搜出贓款及籌碼，同時查悉涉案男子逾期逗留，遂以加重盜竊罪將之移送檢察院偵辦，再轉交治安警察局作適當處理。
Mainland man apprehended for aggravated theft
While gambling in Macao on 15th December 2018, the male victim from Hong Kong got acquainted with the involved mainland man. The duo gambled together until the early morning of the following day and returned to the hotel room rented by the male victim to take a rest. After coming out from the bathroom, the victim found that the involved man had disappeared. Having checked and found that HKD15,000 of cash and HKD50,000 of redemption voucher were lost, he promptly called the police for help.
Investigation was initiated after the report was received. The involved man was intercepted in a casino in the NAPE district on the same morning, with the illicit proceeds and chips seized from him. Meanwhile, the involved man was also found to have overstayed. He was thus transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft and then to the Public Security Police Force for proper handling.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto qualificado
Em 15 de Dezembro de 2018, um homem de Hong Kong conheceu um homem da China continental durante o jogo em Macau, os dois jogaram juntos, e na madrugada do dia seguinte regressaram ao quarto de um hotel que aquele homem da região vizinha arrendava, onde ao sair da casa de banho descobriu que o suspeito tinha desaparecido e que tinham desaparecido 15.000 dólares de Hong Kong e vales de câmbio no valor de 50.000 dólares de Hong Kong, assim fez queixa na polícia.
A investigação culminou com a detenção do suspeito num casino da zona do NAPE na mesma madrugada e com a apreensão do dinheiro furtado e fichas. Apurou-se também que o detido estava com excesso de permanência. Foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado, e a seguir foi transferido para o CPSP.
