男子涉加重盜竊被拘
2018年12月11日，內地男事主從南京乘搭航班來澳，登機後將個人行李包放在座位上方的行李架內。飛行途中，事主欲於行李包取物時發現包內二萬港元現金不翼而飛，故立即通知機組人員代為報警。事件處理期間，事主朋友發現座位後方的涉案男子突然將一疊港元現金丟棄在機倉通道上，於是馬上通知機組人員處理。經點算，涉案男子丟棄的現金與事主報失的金額相符，故航班著陸後由治安警察局將有關人士轉交本局跟進調查。
調查期間，涉案男子否認犯案，但本局發現涉案男子還涉及去年9月一宗同為南京飛本澳的航機盜竊案件，該案事主報稱損失2.1萬港元財物。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Man arrested for aggravated theft
While flying from Nanjing to Macao on 11 December 2018, the victim from mainland China put his personal luggage in the overhead compartment after boarding. When he tried to take out some items from his luggage during the flight, he found that HKD 20,000 of cash in the bag was missing. He immediately informed the crew who then called the police. While the incident was being dealt with, the victim’s friend found that the involved man behind their seat suddenly ditched a stack of Hong Kong Dollars of cash on the cabin aisle. He promptly notified the crew. Upon counting, the amount of cash ditched by the involved man was found to match with that of the loss reported by the victim. Consequently, the involved man was handed to the Judiciary Police by the Public Security Police Force after landing.
Despite the involved man’s denial of involvement in the crime during investigation, he was found to be involved in another mid-air theft on a flight from Nanjing to Macao in September last year. The victim of that case reported a loss of property worth HKD 21,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem por furto qualificado
Em 11 de Dezembro de 2018, um homem da China continental veio de avião de Nanjing, no avião colocou a sua mala de mão no compartimento de bagagem. Durante o voo, o homem abriu a sua mala e descobriu que tinham desaparecido 20.000 HKD do seu interior, pediu imediatamente a tripulação para chamar a polícia. Mais tarde, um amigo da vítima reparou que um homem sentado no banco de trás da vítima, de repente, deixou cair uma pilha de dinheiro no corredor, avisou imediatamente a tripulação. Contou-se o dinheiro e verificou-se que era a mesma quantia desaparecida. Quando o avião chegou a Macau, o homem foi transferido pelo CPSP para as instalações da PJ.
O indivíduo negou o crime, mas a PJ descobriu que estava envolvido noutro furto em avião, também de Nanjing para Macau, ocorrido em Setembro do ano passado, o prejuízo alegado era de 21.000 HKD. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
