搗破偽基站窩點 拘三男女
本局持續打擊偽基站犯罪，根據調查鎖定新口岸區一個用作偽基站的住宅單位，並於2018年12月11日採取行動，在涉案單位內截獲三名內地男女，搜出兩組正在運作的偽基站設備，包括兩個射頻模擬器、兩條天線和兩部手提電腦。
調查發現，兩名被捕男子為該犯罪集團骨幹成員，涉案女子則負責承租該單位。此次搗破的偽基站除了發送涉及博彩詐騙的的垃圾短訊外，還發送非法旅館招租訊息。
本局以犯罪集團、干擾電腦系統、用作實施犯罪的電腦裝置或電腦數據資料、侵犯通訊之工具等四罪將三人移送檢察院處理，並追緝犯罪集團主腦。此外，有關住宅單位懷疑用作經營非法旅館，本局已即時通報旅遊局跟進。
Pseudo base station den busted with three persons arrested
The Judiciary Police continued to combat the pseudo base station crime. Based on our investigation, it was identified that a residential unit located at the ZAPE area was used as a pseudo base station. Action was then taken on 11th December 2018, with 3 mainlanders (2 men and 1 woman) intercepted inside the involved apartment. Two sets of operating pseudo base station equipment, which included two RF simulators, two antennas and two laptops, were seized.
Investigation revealed that the two arrested men were key members of the criminal syndicate, while the involved woman was responsible for renting the apartment. The pseudo base stations busted in this operation had sent out junk SMSs involving gaming frauds, as well as messages advertising for the leasing of illegal hostels.
The Judiciary Police transferred the 3 persons to the Public Prosecutions Office with 4 charges such as criminal syndicate, interference of computer system, computer devices or computer data for perpetrating crime and communication-invading tools, while pursuing the mastermind of the criminal syndicate. Moreover, as the aforementioned residential unit was suspected to have been operating as an illegal hostel, the Macao Government Tourism Office was immediately notified for follow-up.
Descoberto um apartamento com estações emissoras simuladas e detidos 3 indivíduos
A Polícia Judiciária continua a combater a criminalidade relacionada com as estações emissoras. Identificámos um apartamento situado no ZAPE, que era utilizado para actividade de estações emissoras simuladas, entrámos em acção no dia 11 de Dezembro de 2018 e no apartamento foram detidos três indivíduos, homens e mulher, da China continental. Foram encontrados dois conjuntos de que estavam a funcionar, incluindo dois simuladores de radiofrequência, duas antenas e dois computadores portáteis.
A investigação indica que os dois homens detidos são os principais elementos da rede criminosa e a mulher tinha alugado o apartamento. Para além das mensagens "spam" relativas à burla no âmbito do jogo, as estações emissoras simuladas desmanteladas emitiam mensagens sobre aluguer de pensões ilegais.
O três indivíduos foram presentes ao MP acusados de associação criminosa criminosa, obstrução de sistema informático, a PJ está à procura do cabecilha da rede. A par disso, existem suspeitas que o apartamento servisse de pensão ilegal, o facto foi comunicado de imediato à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
