內地男子涉入屋盜竊被拘
2018年9月8日，東望洋新街某大廈單位發生入屋盜竊案，戶主及家人在晚上回家時發現大門被反鎖，懷疑被人入屋盜竊，即向治安警察局求助，治安警察局隨後將案件轉介本局跟進。
調查發現，單位露台門鎖被撬，屋內有被搜掠痕跡，相信作案人攀爬大廈外牆棚架進入單位作案，涉案金額約50,700澳門元。本局鎖定多名涉案人的身份，並得悉他們於案發後逃回內地。
2018年12月7日，其中一名涉案內地男子經關閘入境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲，以加重盜竊罪移交檢察院偵辦，並追緝其他在逃人士。
Mainland man apprehended for involvement in burglary
On 8th September 2018, a burglary case took place in a building unit in Rua Nova à Guia. Upon arriving home at night, the victim and his family discovered that the front door had been locked from the inside. Suspecting that the unit had been burgled, they called the Public Security Police Force for help. The case was then transferred to the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Investigation revealed that the door of the balcony of the unit had been pried, with signs of ransacking found inside the unit. The perpetrators were believed to have broken into the unit to commit the crime by climbing up the scaffolds on the external walls of the building. The amount involved was approximately MOP50,700. The Judiciary Police identified multiple perpetrators and learned that they had fled to the mainland after the perpetration.
On 7th December 2018, aided by the Public Security Police Force, the Judiciary Police intercepted one of the involved men who entered Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint. Having transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, the Judiciary Police pursue other individuals at large.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto em residência
Em 8 de Setembro de 2018, ocorreu um furto num apartamento na Rua Nova à Guia. O proprietário e a sua família, ao regressarem à noite, descobriram que a porta estava trancada por dentro, suspeitando que se tratasse de um furto, e pediram ajuda ao CPSP, que subsequentemente transferiu o caso para a Polícia Judiciária.
Na investigação, devido ao facto de que a porta da varanda estava trancada e que alguém tinha vasculhado o apartamento, acredita-se que os autores terão usado os andaimes no exterior das paredes para actuar no apartamento, lesando as vítimas em cerca de 50.700 patacas. A PJ conseguiu identificar vários suspeitos e apurar que tinham fugido para a China continental após o crime.
No dia 7 de Dezembro de 2018, um dos suspeitos foi detido com a colaboração do CPSP quando tentava entrar pelas Portas do Cerco, e foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado. A PJ está à procura dos cúmplices em fuga.
