內地男子涉盜竊被拘
2018年2月，本局分別接獲兩名事主報案，指在賭場酒店餐廳用膳時被人盜竊，合共損失15萬港元。
本局深入調查後鎖定三名涉案男子的身份，並發現三人一同進入餐廳後，由其中兩人負責把風，其餘一人則乘事主不備時盜取其藏於外衣內袋的財物。
2018年12月8日，其中一名涉案內地男子經關閘口岸離境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲。其承認伙同他人在餐廳進行盜竊，共作案三次，其中一宗於被捕前一天作出，並將盜竊得來的6.6萬港元贓款經本澳某珠寶店匯往內地。
本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移交檢察院偵辦，並繼續緝捕其他在逃人士。
Mainland man arrested for theft
In February 2018, the Judiciary Police received reports respectively from 2 victims that, their belongings had been stolen while dining at a restaurant in a casino hotel, incurring losses of HKD150,000 in total.
After in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police identified 3 involved men. It was found that, after the trio had entered the restaurant together, 2 of them acted as lookouts and the remaining man stole belongings hoarded in the inner pocket of the victim’s jacket when the victim was unaware.
On 8 December 2018, one of the involved men departed Macao via the Border Gate Checkpoint, who was intercepted by the Judiciary Police with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force. He admitted to have committed the crime in collusion with others on 3 occasions in total, one of which had been committed on the day before he was arrested. In addition, the stolen money of HKD66,000 was remitted to the mainland through a jewellery store of Macao.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, and continued to pursue other persons at large.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto
Em Fevereiro de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu as queixas de dois furtos, durante a refeição num restaurante de um casino, num prejuízo total de 150.000 HK$.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar os três suspeitos e apurar que entraram juntos no restaurante, dois deles vigiavam enquanto o outro furtava os pertences no bolso de casaco aproveitando-se da distracção das vítimas.
No dia 8 de Dezembro de 2018, um dos suspeitos da China continental foi detido com a colaboração do CPSP quando tentava entrar pelas Portas do Cerco. O detido admitiu ter actuado em três ocasiões, em conluio com outros no restaurante, tendo um dos furtos ocorrido um dia antes da detenção, e que os 66.000 dólares de Hong Kong obtidos nos crimes tinham sido transferidos, através de uma loja de joalharia de Macau, para a China continental.
O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado. A PJ continua à procura dos demais cúmplices em fuga.
