再搗偽基站窩點 拘兩內地女子
本局持續打擊偽基站犯罪，繼日前分別在中區及關閘區住宅單位搗破兩個偽基站窩點後，再根據市民舉報對新口岸區一個懷疑用作設置偽基站的住宅單位展開調查，並於2018年11月30日採取行動，於上述單位內截獲兩名內地女子，搜出兩套正運作中的偽基站設備、一條用作備用的射頻模擬器、一條天線和六部手提電腦等偽基站設備。
調查發現，上述偽基站窩點運作約一個月，由被捕人士負責承租單位及操作偽基站。本局以犯罪集團、干擾電腦系統、用作實施犯罪的電腦裝置或電腦數據資料、侵犯通訊之工具等四罪將兩人移送檢察院處理，並追緝犯罪集團主腦。此外，有關住宅單位懷疑用作經營非法旅館，本局已即時通報旅遊局跟進。
Another pseudo base station hub cracked with two mainland women nabbed
The Judiciary Police continued to combat the pseudo base station crime. Following the crackdown of the two pseudo base station hubs in the residential units in Central and Border Gate districts, based on the report made by fellow residents, a residential unit in the NAPE district suspected to be pseudo base station hub was investigated. On 30th November 2018, action was taken with two mainland women intercepted in the aforementioned apartment, where two sets of operating pseudo base station equipment and other equipments such as a backup RF simulator, an antenna and six laptops were seized.
Investigation revealed that the aforementioned pseudo base station hub had been operating for around a month. The arrestees were responsible for renting the apartment and operating the pseudo base stations. The Judiciary Police transferred the duo to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of criminal syndicate, interference of computer system, computer devices or computer data for perpetrating crime and communication-invading tools while pursuing the mastermind of the criminal syndicate. Furthermore, as the aforementioned apartment was suspected to have been operating as illegal hostel, the Macao Government Tourism Office was notified for follow-up.

A PJ continua as acções de combate às estações emissoras simuladas, depois de ter descoberto dois apartamentos da zona central e da zona das Portas do Cerco, graças às informações fornecidas pelos moradores, a PJ procedeu a uma nova investigação destinada a um apartamento no NAPE que supostamente estava a operar estações emissoras simuladas, em 30 de Novembro entrou em acção, deteve duas mulheres no apartamento e foram apreendidos dois conjuntos de aparelhos que estavam a operar, um simulador de radiofrequência usado como backup, uma antena e seis computadores portáteis.
Na investigação, ficou apurado que o abrigo entrou em funcionamento há um mês, as detidas eram responsáveis por alugar o apartamento e por operar as estações emissoras simuladas. Foram as duas presentes ao MP por associação criminosa e obstrução de sistema informático. A PJ continua à procura do cabecilha deste grupo. Além disso, tendo em conta que o apartamento servia também para dar alojamento, comunicou-se o facto à Direcção dos Serviços de Turismo.
