破跨境販毒案 拘兩男女
本局早前接獲情報，指有香港販毒集團利用未成年人偷運毒品來澳，再售予夜場人士，隨即聯同澳門海關展開部署。
2018年11月26日，本局人員發現涉案香港女學生入境並與一名男子接洽，遂上前截查，在涉案男子身上搜獲35.67克可卡因，約值12萬澳門元。涉案女學生承認收受販毒集團2,000港元報酬，協助偷運毒品來澳及轉交涉案男子。
本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，另根據《違法青少年教育監管制度》將涉案未成年女子移交司法機關處理。
Cross-border drug trafficking case cracked with man and woman duo arrested
Having received intelligence earlier indicating that drug trafficking syndicate in Hong Kong smuggled drugs to Macao via minors and sold them to night-club goers, the Judiciary Police immediately initiated deployment with Macao Customs Service.
On 26th November 2018, the involved female student from Hong Kong was found to have entered Macao and contacted a man, the personnel of the Judiciary Police thus approached and intercepted them, seizing 35.67 grams of cocaine with an approximate value of MOP 120,000 from the involved man. The involved female student admitted to have taken HKD2,000 as remuneration from the drug trafficking syndicate for assisting in smuggling drugs to Macao and transferring them to the involved man.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while transferring the involved female minor to the judicial authorities for handling according to “System of the Educational Guardianship of Young Offenders”.

A Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações, dizendo que uma rede de narcotráfico da região vizinha teria mandado uma menor de Hong Kong para traficar estupefacientes em Macau, os quais seriam vendidos aos frequentadores de estabelecimentos nocturnos. A PJ iniciou imediatamente o planeamento juntamente com agentes dos Serviços de Alfândega do território.
Em 26 de Novembro de 2018, a dita estudante de Hong Kong entrou em Macau e entrou em contacto com um homem, os nossos agentes depararam com a situação e interceptaram os dois indivíduos. Foram encontrados na posse do homem 35,67 gramas de cocaína, avaliados em cerca de 120.000 patacas. A estudante confessou ter trazido a droga para Macau por conta de uma rede de narcotráfico e tê-la passado ao homem detido, disse que receberia 2.000 HK$ como remuneração.
O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e substâncias psicotrópicas, enquanto que a menor foi encaminhada, ao abrigo do Regime Tutelar Educativo dos Jovens Infractores, ao órgão judicial para diligências posteriores.
