男子涉強姦被捕
2018年11月26日，治安警察局向本局轉交一宗強姦案。女事主與涉案男子婚後育有一女，但涉案男子於2017年1月至2018年6月三度對女事主使用暴力，女事主其後申請分居，並將女兒交給涉案男子的家人照顧。
涉案男子不滿女事主的安排，遂於2018年11月25日伏匿於女事主的住所外，趁女事主外出時從後箍頸，將女事主強行拉回單位房間內強姦。事後，涉案男子聲言要跟着女事主，女事主隨即前往善牧中心，並通知職員協助報警。
涉案男子否認犯案，但本局結合調查證據和法醫報告，以強姦罪將其移送檢察院處理。
Man arrested for rape
The Public Security Police Force handed a case of rape to the Judiciary Police on 26 November 2018. The female victim had a daughter with the involved man after they got married. However, having been assaulted by the latter thrice between January 2017 and June 2018, the victim filed for separation and left their daughter in the care of the involved man’s family.
Discontent with the victim’s arrangement, the involved man ambushed her outside her residence on 25 November 2018, grabbing her by the neck from behind as she went out and forcibly dragging her back into the room of the unit where he raped her. He claimed that he would tail her afterwards. The victim immediately went to Good Shepherd Centre and informed the staff who then called the police.
Despite the involved man’s denial of involvement in the case, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of rape based on evidence from investigations and forensic reports.
Detido um homem por violação
No dia 26 de Novembro de 2018, recebemos uma queixa por violação transferida pelo CPSP. A vítima tem uma filha com o agressor (marido), porém este, entre Janeiro de 2017 e Junho de 2018, em três ocasiões tratou-a de forma violenta, por isto a vítima pediu a separação e a família do marido ficou com a guarda da menor.
Como o homem não estava satisfeito com a actuação da mulher, em 25 de Novembro resolveu esconder-se no exterior do apartamento dela, quando esta saíu apertou-lhe no pescoço, empurrou-a até ao quarto e violou-a. Depois da actuação, o homem disse-lhe que iria persegui-la, a vítima dirigiu-se ao Centro do Bom Pastor e pediu para chamar a polícia.
O homem negou o crime, mas conforme as provas recolhidas na investigação e o relatório do médico legal, o detido foi presente ao MP por violação.
