內地男子涉入屋盜竊被捕
2018年10月22日，本局接報氹仔一座獨立屋發生盜竊案，單位二樓露台玻璃門損毀，兩個夾萬被撬，損失財物約值3.2萬澳門元。
本局展開調查後鎖定涉案內地男子的身份，又發現其作案後經關閘口岸逃到內地。2018年11月22日，涉案男子再次經關閘口岸來澳，由治安警察局將其截獲並轉交本局跟進。涉案男子否認犯案，但本局根據相關調查證據，證實其涉及本案和2017年2月另一宗同類案件，兩案涉及共約6.7萬澳門元財物。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for burglary
The Judiciary Police received a report on 22 October 2018 that a house in Taipa had been broken into. The glass door of the balcony on the second floor was damaged and two safe boxes were pried open. The lost property was valued at around MOP 32,000.
Investigation was then launched, identifying a mainland Chinese man who had fled to mainland China via Portas do Cerco after committing the crime. When he came to Macao again via the same checkpoint on 22 November 2018, he was intercepted by the Public Security Police Force and handed to the Judiciary Police for follow-up. Despite his denial of having committed the crime, the Judiciary Police managed to confirm his involvement in this case and another similar case that took place in February 2017, collectively resulting in lost property worth of around MOP 67,000 in total. The involved man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto em residência
No dia 22 de Outubro de 2018, a PJ recebeu um caso de furto ocorrido numa residência da Taipa, a porta de vidro do terraço do 2.º andar foi danificada, e dois cofres foram abertos à força, o prejuízo sofrido foi de cerca de 32.000 patacas.
Na investigação conseguiu-se identificar um homem da China continental, que saíu do território pelas Portas do Cerco após a actuação. Em 22 de Novembro o indivíduo, quando entrou em Macau pelas Portas do Cerco, foi detido pelo CPSP e transferido para a PJ. Negou o crime mas considerando as provas recolhidas na investigação, confirma-se que além de ter cometido este furto, o detido actuou também noutro caso semelhante em Fevereiro de 2017, com um montante envolvido no total de cerca de 67.000 patacas. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
