男子涉性侵落網
2018年11月18日，本局接獲一名本澳男子報稱其兒子遭補習社男導師脅迫發生性行為。
經調查，涉案男子自2018年10月開始，以向事主父母揭發其拍拖為名，多次威逼事主在補習社內與其發生性行為；直至2018年11月，事主女友知悉事件，立即告知事主的父母，由事主的父親陪同報案。
本局進一步調查發現，涉案男子要脅補習社另外四名學生會向他們的家長投訴學習問題，而對他們作出多次性侵犯，本局遂於2018年11月19日將涉案男子拘捕。涉案男子承認犯罪，本局以強姦、性脅迫及對兒童的性侵犯等三罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Man arrested for involvement in sexual assault
The Judiciary Police received a complaint from a Macao man on 18th November 2018, claiming that his son had been coerced by a male tutor at the tuition centre to perform sexual behaviours.
Investigation revealed that since October 2018, the involved man had forced the victim to conduct sexual behaviours with him inside the tuition centre on many occasions, or he would reveal the victim’s dating relationship to his parents. Until November 2018, the victim’s girlfriend noticed this incident and informed the victim’s parents forthwith. The victim’s father then accompanied the victim to file a case at the Judiciary Police.
Further investigation revealed that the involved man had sexually assaulted 4 other students of the tuition centre on many occasions by threatening that he would complain to their parents about their learning problems. The Judiciary Police therefore arrested the involved man on 19th November 2018. The involved man admitted to his perpetration, and he was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with 3 charges including rape, sexual coercion and sexual assault to children.
Detido um homem por abuso sexual
Em 18 de Novembro de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu uma denúncia de um residente, dizendo que o seu filho tinha sido vítima de coacção sexual por parte de um explicador de um centro de explicações.
Na investigação, verificou-se que o suspeito, desde Outubro de 2018, tinha forçado, em várias ocasiões, a vítima a praticar actos sexuais com ele naquele centro de explicações ameaçando contar o seu namoro aos seus pais, e que em Novembro de 2018, a namorada do aluno soube do sucedido, informou imediatamente os pais dele, e fez a denúncia na companhia do seu pai.
Na investigação mais aprofundada, descobriu-se ainda que o suspeito tinha cometido vários abusos sexuais em relação aos outros 4 alunos do mesmo centro, ameaçando-os de fazer queixa aos pais deles sobre problemas no estudo, o indivíduo suspeito foi detido no dia 19 de Novembro de 2018. Confessou o crime e foi presente ao Ministério Público por violação, coacção sexual e abuso sexual de criança.
