內地女子涉盜竊被捕
2018年9月，內地男事主與一名初相識的內地女子結伴來澳旅遊及賭博，事主將財物存放在酒店房間的保險箱後獨自前往賭博，該名內地女子則留在房間內；直至晚上，事主返回房間後發現該女子已離去，保險箱內六萬港元亦常竊，遂向本局求助。
本局接報後展開調查，發現涉案女子於案發後經關閘口岸離澳。2018年11月15日，本局於涉案女子再次入境時將其截獲，其承認因知悉保險箱密碼，故乘事主外出時盜竊其財物，贓款已在內地花光。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案女子移交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman nabbed for involvement in theft
In September 2018, the mainland male victim came to Macao together with a newly-acquainted mainland woman for travelling and gambling. The victim had placed his valuables inside the safe of a hotel guestroom before he was off to gamble alone, while the mainland woman stayed in the guestroom. Until the evening, the victim found that the woman had already left after he returned to the guestroom, and lost the HKD60,000 placed inside the safe, thus seeking assistance from the Judiciary Police.
Having received the report, the Judiciary Police initiated investigation and found that the involved woman had left Macao via the Border Gate checkpoint after the case happened. On 15th November 2018, the involved woman was intercepted by the Judiciary Police upon her re-entry to Macao. She admitted being aware of the password to the safe, therefore stole the victim’s valuables while he was out, and had spent all the stolen money in mainland. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detida uma mulher da China continental por furto
Em Setembro de 2018, um homem da China continental conheceu uma conterrânea e vieram juntos a Macau para jogar. O homem deixou o dinheiro no cofre do quarto do hotel e foi jogar no casino sozinho, a mulher ficou no quarto. Quando o homem voltou ao quarto à noite, descobriu que 60.000 HKD guardados no cofre tinham desaparecido assim como a mulher, assim chamou a polícia.
Na investigação, foi apurado que a mulher tinha saído do território após o furto. Em 15 de Novembro de 2018 foi detida quando entrava em Macau, confessou o crime e disse ter actuado quando o homem estava ausente usando a senha do cofre, o dinheiro furtado foi tudo gasto na China continental. A detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
