兩名印尼籍男女涉搶劫被拘
2018年10月8日，一名印尼籍女子向本局報稱被一對同鄉男女搶去其手機和護照。
本局調查後發現，女事主於2017年4月向涉案印尼籍女子借款8,000澳門元應急，條件是每月支付1,800澳門元利息及交出過期護照抵押，直至一次性歸還全部借款為止，而女事主於隨後數月共支付1.9萬澳門元，之後因涉案女子返回印尼，故女事主沒有支付利息。
直至2018年3月，女事主外出時遭涉案女子和一名印尼籍男子攔住，被二人搶去手機、護照及銀行提款卡，涉案男女更要脅女事主須支付一萬澳門元以贖回物品，女事主之後分三次支付共一萬澳門元後，涉案女子要求再多付9,000澳門元才能歸還物品，但女事主已無力還款。事件於10月被女事主的僱主揭發，由僱主陪同女事主報案求助。
本局調查期間，涉案男子相約事主見面追討利息及欠款，本局隨即作出周密部署，於10月9日二人見面時將涉案男子拘捕，並起回全部贓物，其後在涉案女子的工作地點將其拘獲，以暴利、搶劫、不當扣留證件及勒索文件等四罪將二人送交檢察院偵辦。
Indonesian man and woman arrested for robbery
An Indonesian woman reported to the Judiciary Police on 8 October 2018 that her mobile phone and passport had been robbed of by an Indonesian couple.
Investigation revealed that the victim had borrowed MOP 8,000 from the involved Indonesian woman for an urgent need in April 2017. The former had to pay an interest of MOP 1,800 every month and submit her expired passport as a pawn, until all the debt had been repaid in a one-off payment. The female victim paid a total of MOP 19,000 in the following months, but did not pay the interest as the involved woman later returned to Indonesia.
While going out in March 2018, the victim was intercepted by the involved woman and an Indonesian man, who grabbed her mobile phone, passport and cash withdrawal card. The involved man and woman even demanded her to pay MOP 10,000 to redeem her items. After subsequently paying a total of MOP 10,000 on three counts, the victim was demanded by the involved woman to pay an extra MOP 9,000 to get back her items. Unable to pay, the female victim was accompanied by her employer to report to the police when the incident was brought to light in October.
During investigation, the involved man arranged to meet with the victim to collect the interest and debt. Meticulous deployment was promptly made by the Judiciary Police, leading to the arrest of the involved man and the retrieval of all stolen items when they met on October 9th. The involved woman was later apprehended at her workplace. The two individuals were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the four charges of usury, robbery, inappropriate detention of identification documents and extortion of documents.

No dia 8 de Outubro de 2018, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de uma mulher indonésia, dizendo que um casal conterrâneo tinha-lhe roubado o telemóvel e o passaporte.
Na investigação, apurou-se que em Abril de 2017, a denunciante tinha pedido a outra mulher, de nacionalidade indonésia, um empréstimo no valor de 8.000 patacas. As condições do empréstimo foram o pagamento mensal de 1.800 patacas de juros e a entrega do seu passaporte caducado como garantia até à devolução de todo o empréstimo. Durante alguns meses, a denunciante pagou no total 19.000 patacas. Mais tarde, a mulher que tinha emprestado o dinheiro voltou para a Indonésia, assim a vítima não pagou os juros.
Em Março de 2018, a denunciante foi vista pela outra mulher e um homem indonésio ao sair de casa. O casal roubou-lhe o telemóvel, o passaporte e um cartão bancário, bem como ameaçou-a pedindo-lhe para pagar 10.000 patacas para recuperar os objectos roubados. Depois do pagamento desta quantia, dividida em três fracções, a suspeita pediu-lhe mais 9.000 patacas, mas a vítima não conseguiu pagar. Em Outubro, o patrão da vítima descobriu o caso, assim, levou-a para fazer queixa na PJ.
O homem envolvido combinou um encontro com a vítima para recuperar os juros e o empréstimo. No dia 9 de Outubro, depois de preparar a intervenção, os nossos agentes actuaram e detiveram o homem no encontro e foram recuperados todos os objectos roubados, enquanto que a cúmplice foi detida no seu local de trabalho. Os dois foram presentes ao MP por usura, roubo, retenção indevida de documentos de identificação e extorsão de documentos.
