男子涉家暴被拘
2018年10月8日，治安警察局向本局轉介一宗家庭暴力案，案中女事主與涉案男子於六年前結婚，婚後一直忍受丈夫無理責罵，丈夫更多次要求離婚；案發當晚，涉案男子再次因生活瑣事與女事主爭執並提出離婚，女事主答應離婚，引致涉案男子情緒激動並掌摑女事主，再以菜刀指嚇，又揮拳襲擊及以煙頭灼傷女事主；女事主其後報警求助。
本局將涉案男子帶返警局調查，其承認曾傷害女事主。本局以家庭暴力罪將其移送檢察院處理，並將個案通報社會工作局跟進。
Man arrested for involvement in domestic violence
On 8th October 2018, the Public Security Police Force referred a case of domestic violence to the Judiciary Police. The female victim of the case married the involved man six years ago. After marriage, she has been tolerating her husband’s unreasonable scolding. Her husband even demanded a divorce many times. On the night when the case happened, the involved man argued with the female victim again due to daily chores and routines, and the issue of divorce was raised. The involved man was agitated by the female victim’s consent to divorce and smacked the female victim. He then used a cleaver to intimidate her, punched her and inflicted burn wound(s) on her with a cigarette butt. Subsequently, the female victim reported to the police for assistance.
The Judiciary Police brought the involved man back to the police station for investigation. He admitted that he had hurt the female victim. The Judiciary Police transferred the man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of domestic violence, and informed the Social Welfare Bureau to follow up the case.
Detido homem por violência doméstica
No dia 08 de Outubro de 2018, a PJ recebeu uma queixa de violência doméstica, vinda da PSP, onde se dizia que a vítima estava casada há seis anos. Na vida matrimonial, diz ter aguentado as censuras do marido e os vários pedidos de divórcio. Na noite do incidente, o homem voltou a ter uma discussão com a esposa por causa de pequenos factos do quotidiano, este manifestou novamente a vontade de se divorciar, desta vez a vítima não o recusou. Isto fez infurecer o homem, deu-lhe uma chapada e ameaçou-a com uma faca de cozinha, deu-lhe um soco e queimou-a com uma beata. A vítima chamou a polícia.
O homem foi levado para as nossas instalações e confessou a sua conduta violenta. Foi presente ao MP por violência doméstica e o caso foi comunicado ao Instituto de Acção Social para acompanhamento.
