拘獲盜竊及濫用信用卡案嫌犯
2017年7月至8月期間，本局先後接獲兩名內地旅客報案，稱從北京飛抵澳門期間被人盜竊現金及信用卡，信用卡更被人在本澳多間店舖盜用消費，損失合共約15.7萬澳門元。
本局深入分析信用卡交易資料、監控記錄及相關航班資料，鎖定涉案男子的身份，同時查悉其一名男性同黨曾利用飛機上盜竊得來的信用卡進行刷卡消費。
2018年9月1日上午，涉案內地男子從曼谷來澳，當日下午經關閘離境時落網。本局人員在涉案男子身上搜出四張懷疑盜竊得來的信用卡，以盜竊罪和濫用信用卡（巨額）罪將其移交檢察院偵辦，並追查在逃人士下落。
Suspect of theft and credit card abuse nabbed
Between July and August 2017, the Judiciary Police received successive reports from two mainland tourists, stating that their cash and credit cards were stolen on flights from Beijing to Macao, and the stolen credit cards were misappropriated for purchases in multiple shops in Macao, incurring a total loss of around MOP 157,000.
After analysing the information of credit card transactions, records of surveillance and relevant flight information thoroughly, the Judiciary Police identified the involved man and found out at the same time that his male accomplice had used the credit cards stolen on flights to carry out purchases.
On the morning of 1st September 2018, the involved mainland man came to Macao from Bangkok, and he was nabbed when departing Macao via the Border Gate on the afternoon of the same day. Personnel of the Judiciary Police found four credit cards suspected to have been stolen on the involved man and transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of theft and abuse of credit card (massive amount) while pursuing the absconded person(s).
Detido um suspeito de um caso de furto e abuso de cartão de crédito
Entre Julho e Agosto de 2017, a PJ recebeu as denúncias de dois turistas da China continental, dizendo que foi-lhes furtado dinheiro em numerário e cartões de crédito durante o voo Beijing-Macau, estes cartões tinham sido ainda utilizados por outrem para fazer compras em várias loja de Macau, sofrendo assim um prejuízo total de 157 mil patacas.
Após análises aprofundadas das informações relativas às transacções feitas com os cartões de crédito, das gravações e das informações acerca dos voos, conseguimos identificar um suspeito e descobrimos que um cúmplice dele tinha utilizado os cartões furtados no avião para fazer compras.
Na manhã de 1 de Setembro de 2018, o suspeito, da China continental, chegou a Macau de Banguecoque, foi detido na tarde quando saiu de Macau através das Portas do Cerco. O nosso pessoal encontrou quatro cartões de crédito, supostamente furtados, na posse dele. O indivíduo foi presente ao Ministério Público pelos crimes de furto e abuso de cartão de crédito (de valor elevado), estando a PJ à procura dos fugitivos.
