兩日內破兩宗盜竊案 拘兩名內地男女
2017年11月6日，一名居港的美國籍男子向本局報稱於月初來澳旅遊並租住氹仔區某賭場酒店，返港後發現失去背包內8,500美元，懷疑因留澳期間遺失酒店房門卡而被人盜去。本局調查後發現事主的房門卡於酒店娛樂場被兩名男子拾獲，兩人更持卡進入事主房間盜竊。直至2018年8月26日，該酒店保安員截獲其中一名涉案內地男子並交本局處理。被捕男子承認拾獲房門卡及進入事主房間。
另外，一名內地男子於2018年7月5日向本局報案，稱於中區某賭場酒店遇到一名早前認識的內地女子，兩人當晚一同返回事主酒店房間休息，事主醒來後發現損失一條白金頸鍊及一個玉墜，約值七萬港元。本局調查後鎖定作案女子的身份，並查悉其作案後逃離本澳。涉案內地女子於8月27日再次入境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲，其承認作案後將頸鍊典當得2.3萬港元，玉墜則帶返內地。
本局分別對第一宗案件的男子控以加重盜竊罪，以及對第二宗案件的女子控以加重盜竊罪及詐騙罪，俱移送檢察院處理，並繼續追查在逃涉案人士。
2 theft cases busted in 2 days, 2 mainlanders arrested
On 6th November 2017, a US man living in Hong Kong reported to the Judiciary Police that he travelled to Macao earlier this month and rented a room in a casino hotel in Taipa. After returning to Hong Kong, it was discovered that the USD8,500 in his backpack was gone. He suspected that it was stolen while he lost his hotel room key card during his stay in Macao. The Judiciary Police discovered that the victim’s room key card was picked up by two men in the hotel casino, who held the key card to enter his room and committed theft. Until 26th August 2018, the hotel security guard intercepted one of the involved mainland men and handed him to the Judiciary Police. The arrested man admitted to have picked up the room key card and entered the victim’s room.
On another occasion, a mainland man reported to the Judiciary Police on 5th July 2018 claiming that he ran into a mainland woman who he got acquainted with earlier in a casino hotel in the central district. The two returned to his hotel room that night to rest. When the victim woke up, he found that a platinum necklace and a jade pendant that valued around HKD70,000 were lost. The Judiciary Police identified the woman that committed the crime and found that she fled Macao after the perpetration. The involved mainland woman re-entered Macao on August 27th and the Judiciary Police intercepted her with the aid of the Public Security Police Force. She admitted pawning the necklace and collected HKD23,000 after the crime, and the pendant was brought back to the mainland.
The Judiciary Police charged the man in the first case for aggravated theft and the woman in the second case aggravated theft and fraud. Both were transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office and the Judiciary Police continue to pursue the other involved person at large.
Resolvidos dois casos de furto em dois dias, detidos dois indivíduos da China continental
Em 6 de Novembro de 2017, um homem de nacionalidade norte-americana que vive em Hong Kong fez queixa na PJ dizendo que veio a Macau no início do mês e permaneceu num hotel da Taipa. Quando voltou para Hong Kong, descobriu que 8.500 dólares americanos que tinha na sua mala tinham desaparecido, assim, suspeitou que o dinheiro tivesse sido furtado durante a sua estadia em Macau, uma vez que tinha perdido o cartão para abrir a porta do quarto. Na investigação, apurou-se que o cartão foi encontrado por dois homens no casino, estes entraram no quarto e furtaram o dinheiro. Em 26 de Agosto de 2018, um deles foi interceptado por um segurança do hotel e foi transferido para a PJ. O detido confessou ter encontrado o cartão e ter entrado no quarto da vítima.
Noutro caso, um homem da China continental, em 5 de Julho de 2018, disse à PJ que conheceu uma mulher da China continental num casino da zona central, os dois, naquela noite, foram para o quarto do homem para descansar. Quando o homem acordou, descobriu que tinha desaparecido um colar de platina e um pingente de jade, num valor de cerca de 70.000 HKD. Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar a mulher e teve conhecimento de que esta tinha saído do território após o furto. Em 27 de Agosto, a mulher, ao entrar em Macau, foi detida pela PJ com a ajuda do CPSP. Esta admitiu o crime e acrescentou que o colar tinha sido penhorado por 23.000 HKD e o pingente de jade tinha sido levado para a China continental.
Os dois foram presentes ao MP, o homem do 1.º caso por furto qualificado e a mulher do 2.º caso foi acusada de furto qualificado e burla. A PJ continua à procura do outro suspeito em fuga.
