內地女子涉加重盜竊及詐騙被捕
一名內地女子於2018年6月來澳旅遊，在賭場認識涉案內地女子，涉案女子訛稱認識本澳一名賭術精湛的男子，游說女事主合資賭博並交付24萬元人民幣及一萬港元，其後再藉詞贏得100萬港元誘騙女事主來澳，並趁女事主在酒店房間休息時盜取其一枚價值25萬元人民幣的手錶。最終女事主發現受騙，遂於2018年8月中旬向本局報案。
本局調查後鎖定涉案女子的身份，並查得其以8.4萬港元典當贓物後逃離本澳。至8月23日，涉案女子再次入境，本局透過治安警察局協助將其截獲，其承認犯罪，並稱全部贓款已在賭博中輸清。本局根據調查線索在押店起回女事主的手錶，以加重盜竊罪和詐騙罪將涉案女子移送檢察院處理。
Mainland woman arrested for involvement in aggravated theft and fraud
A mainland woman travelled to Macao in June 2018 and became acquainted with the involved mainland woman inside a casino. The involved woman falsely claimed that, she knew a man in Macao who was well-versed in gambling tactics, and persuaded the female victim to gamble by pooling money, as well as handing in RMB240,000 and HKD10,000. Subsequently, on the pretext of winning HKD1 million, the involved woman lured the female victim to come to Macao. Seizing the opportunity when the female victim rested in the hotel room, the involved woman stole the victim’s watch worth RMB250,000. In the end, the female victim discovered that she was defrauded and reported the case to the Judiciary Police in mid-August 2018.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police identified the involved woman, and found out that, she pawned the booty at HKD84,000 and fled Macao. Until August 23rd, the involved woman re-entered Macao. Aided by the Public Security Police Force, the involved woman was intercepted by the Judiciary Police. She confessed to have committed the crime and claimed that all illicit proceeds had been gambled away. Based on the investigative leads, the Judiciary Police recovered the female victim’s watch at a pawn shop. The involved woman was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and fraud.
Detida uma mulher da China continental por furto qualificado e burla
Uma mulher da China continental, durante a sua viagem ao território em Junho de 2018, conheceu uma conterrânea num casino, que alegou conhecer um homem de Macau que tinha jeito para jogar e que a convenceu a jogar com eles e a entregar-lhes 240.000 RMB e 10 mil HKD. Depois de ter voltado para a China continental, a vítima foi levada a voltar para Macau, porque foi-lhe dito que tinham ganho 1 milhão de HKD, quando a vítima estava a descansar no quarto, foi-lhe roubado um relógio que vale 250.000 RMB. Finalmente, a vítima percebeu que se tratava de uma burla, assim, fez queixa na PJ em meados de Agosto deste ano.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar a suspeita e apurar que tinha fugido do território depois de ter empenhado o objecto furtado por 84 mil de HKD. No dia 23 de Agosto, a suspeita foi detida com a colaboração do CPSP quando tentava entrar de novo em Macau. A detida admitiu o crime e confessou ter perdido todo o dinheiro no jogo. Seguindo as pistas da investigação, a PJ conseguiu recuperar o relógio empenhado. A detida foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e burla.
