珠寶店女職員涉加重盜竊被捕
2018年8月22日，本局接獲一間珠寶店報稱，一枚價值41萬澳門元的鑽戒遭一名新入職的女職員盜去，經深入調查發現，涉案女子乘工作之便盜去珠寶店保險箱內一枚鑽戒，並典當得四萬港元來償還賭債。本局根據調查線索在押店起回鑽戒，以加重盜竊罪和詐騙罪將涉案女子移送檢察院處理。
Female employee of a jewellery store arrested for aggravated theft
A jewellery store reported to the Judiciary Police on 22 August 2018 that a diamond ring worth MOP 410,000 had been stolen by a newly hired female employee. In-depth investigation revealed that the involved woman had taken advantage of her job to steal a diamond ring from the safe of the jewellery store, pawning it for HKD 40,000 to repay her gambling debt. Based on investigative leads, the Judiciary Police retrieved the diamond ring from the pawn shop and transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of aggravated theft and fraud.
Detida funcionária de uma joalharia por furto qualificado
No dia 22 de Agosto de 2018, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de uma joalharia, dizendo que uma funcionária nova tinha furtado um anel com diamante no valor de 410 mil patacas. Na investigação, apurou-se que a mulher aproveitou das suas funções para furtar o anel colocado no cofre da loja e penhorou o anel por 40 mil HKD para devolver uma dívida de jogo. De acordo com as pistas obtidas, foi recuperado o anel numa casa de penhores. A mulher foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e burla.
