內地男涉多宗巴士盜竊被拘
本局於2018年4月至6月接獲多宗巴士盜竊案，經仔細調查及進行串併分析後發現至少四宗案件屬同一人所為，包括：
4月29日晚上，一名內地男事主在馬六甲街乘坐巴士，褲袋內的一萬港元被竊；
4月30日晚上，由治安警向本局轉介的一宗盜竊案，一名內地男事主從新馬路乘坐巴士前往路氹城時錢包被竊，內有證件、銀行卡和現金等，損失折合約1,700澳門元；
6月1日傍晚，一名外籍女事主從新馬路乘坐巴士前往氹仔時手袋內的錢包和手機被竊，損失財物折合約澳門幣5,000元；
6月15日晚上，一名本澳女事主從河邊新街乘坐巴士到水上街巿時手機被竊，損失約5,800澳門元；
上述四宗案件的涉案金額合共約23,000澳門元，本局經併案調查，相信涉案人是一名內地男子，專門在巴士車廂內盜竊乘客財物，隨後於2018年8月20日，在治安警察局協助下於關閘口岸將準備離境的涉案男子截獲。
涉案男子否認犯案，但本局根據相關犯罪證據，以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院處理，並深入調查其是否涉及更多案件。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in several thefts on buses
The Judiciary Police received several theft cases on buses between April and June 2018. After in-depth investigation and serial-parallel analysis, it was found that at least four cases were committed by the same person, including:
On the night of April 29th, a mainland male victim took a bus at Rua de Malaca, and HKD10,000 inside the pocket of his pants was stolen;
On the night of April 30th, the Public Security Police Force referred a theft case to the Judiciary Police. When a mainland male victim was taking a bus from Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to Cotai, his wallet (with his identification document(s), bank card(s), cash, etc. inside) was stolen, incurring a loss equivalent to approximately MOP1,700;
On the evening of June 1st, when a foreign female victim was taking a bus from Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro to Taipa, her purse and mobile phone inside her handbag were stolen, incurring a loss of belongings equivalent to approximately MOP5,000;
On the night of June 15th, when a local female victim was taking a bus from Rua do Almirante Sérgio to Mercado do Patane, her mobile phone was stolen, incurring a loss of approximately MOP5,800;
The total amount involved in the aforesaid four cases was approximately MOP23,000. After parallel investigation by the Judiciary Police, it was believed that the involved person was a mainland man, who stole passengers’ belongings specifically inside bus compartments. Subsequently, on 20th August 2018, aided by the Public Security Police Force, the involved man was intercepted when he was about to depart from the Border Gate Checkpoint.
The involved man denied to have committed the crime. Yet, based on relevant criminal evidences, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, while investigating thoroughly if he was involved in more cases.
Detido um homem do continente por furto em autocarro
Entre os meses de Abril e Junho de 2018 recebemos várias denúncias relativas a furtos em autocarro, na investigação, através da reconstituição de cenas, descobrimos que pelo menos quatro casos foram praticados por mesma pessoa, nomeadamente:
Na noite de 29 de Abril, a vítima, um homem do continente, apanhou o autocarro na Rua de Malaca, foram-lhe furtados 10 mil HKD que tinha posto no bolso das calças;
Na noite 30 de Abril, recebido da PSP, a vítima, um homem do continente, apanhou o autocarro na Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro para ir à zona do Cotai, durante o caminho foi-lhe furtada a carteira que continha documentos de identificação, cartões bancários e dinheiro em numerário, causando um prejuízo de cerca de 1.700 patacas;
Na noite de 1 de Junho, a vítima, uma estrangeira, apanhou o autocarro na Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro que se dirigia à Taipa, durante a viagem foram-lhe furtados a carteira e o telemóvel, num total de cerca de 5.000 patacas;
Na noite de 15 de Junho, a vítima, uma residente local, apanhou o autocarro na Rua do Almirante Sérgio e quando chegou ao Mercado do Patane deu conta que o telemóvel que trazia tinha sido furtado, num valor de 5.800 patacas.
Os prejuízos dos quatro referidos casos perfazem cerca de 23 mil patacas, depois do analisar os casos chegou-se à conclusão que o assaltante era um homem do continente. No dia 20 de Agosto, com o apoio da PSP, conseguimos interceptá-lo quando passava pelas Portas do Cerco.
O detido negou ter praticado os crimes, mas com base nas provas recolhidas foi presente ao MP acusado de furto qualificado. A PJ irá continuar a investigação para verificar se haverá eventuais envolvimentos noutros casos semelhantes.
