偵破盜竊集團 拘五名菲籍男女
2018年8月11日，女事主與丈夫及女兒來澳旅遊，其抱着女兒在新口岸區橫過馬路前往酒店時發現手袋被開啟，失去四萬港元現金。
本局調查後鎖定多名涉案男女，2018年8月16日於氹仔某賭場酒店客房緝獲兩男三女菲律賓籍人士。五人均承認犯罪，供稱於菲律賓合謀作案，他們先後於2018年8月9日及10日入境，以不同組合在街道上盜竊婦孺及疏於保管財物的人士，各人以物件或身體作掩護犯案，所得贓款全數交予其中一名涉案人；該盜竊集團留澳期間作案不少於四宗，其中兩宗得手，涉案款項共約十萬港元，部份贓款已用於消費購物及賭博。
本局以加重盜竊罪及犯罪集團罪將五名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並深入調查他們是否涉及更多案件。
Theft syndicate busted, five Filipino men and women arrested
On 11th August 2018, the female victim and her husband and daughter came to travel in Macao, while she was holding her daughter to cross a road to a hotel in the NAPE district, she found that her handbag was opened, missing HKD40,000 in cash.
The Judiciary Police identified several involved men and women after investigation. On 16th August 2018, 2 men and 3 women of Filipino nationality were arrested in the guestroom of a casino resort in Taipa. All 5 of them admitted the offence and claimed that they had conspired to committing the crime in the Philippines. They entered Macao on 9th and 10th August 2018 successively, and worked in different groups on the streets stealing from women and children as well as individuals who were negligent in safekeeping their properties. Each of them used an item or physical body as a cover up to perpetrate the crime, all the crime proceeds were handed to one of the involved persons. The theft syndicate had committed at least 4 crimes in Macao during their stay, among them 2 were successful, which involved a total amount of HKD100,000. Part of the proceeds had already been spent on shopping and gambling.
The Judiciary Police transferred the 5 involved men and women to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charges of aggravated theft and criminal syndicate, and will further investigate whether they were involved in other cases.

Em 11 de Agosto de 2018, uma mulher veio a Macau com o seu marido e filha, enquanto atravessava a estrada para o hotel do NAPE, segurava a filha nos braços, de repente deu pela mala que tinha sido aberta e tinham desaparecido 40.000 HKD em numerário.
Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar vários indivíduos e deteve 2 homens e 3 mulheres, provenientes de Filipinas, num quarto do hotel da Taipa em 16 de Agosto de 2018. Estes confessaram e disseram ter preparado tudo nas Filipinas, entraram no território no dia 9 e 10 de Agosto de 2018, respectivamente. Os cinco acrescentaram ainda que tinham furtado, em vários momentos, os pertences de mulheres e crianças que andavam na rua e também aqueles que não prestavam atenção aos seus pertences. Disseram ter usado objectos e o próprio corpo para dissimular as actuações, os bens furtados foram todos entregues a um indivíduo. Foi apurado que esta rede tinha praticado pelo menos 4 furtos durante a sua estadia, 2 deles foram bem sucedidos, num valor de cerca de 100.000 HKD, uma parte do dinheiro foi usada para compras e jogo.
Os cinco detidos foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado e associação criminosa, a PJ ainda está a investigar se haverá envolvimento noutros casos.
