男子涉搶劫被捕
2018年8月9日，治安警察局向本局轉交一宗搶劫案，案中男事主於當天早上途經沙梨頭海邊馬路時，突然被一名男子趨近並企圖搶去其頸上約值一萬港元的金鍊，事主極力反抗保護財物，涉案男子見事敗即逃去無蹤。
本局深入調查後掌握涉案男子的身份，並於數小時後在涉案男子的住所將其拘捕，同時搜獲一支伸縮棍。本局以搶劫罪和禁用武器罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理。
Man arrested for involvement in robbery
On 9th August 2018, the Public Security Police Force transferred a case of robbery to the Judiciary Police, in which a man approached and attempted to rob the male victim of the gold necklace worth around HKD 10,000 he was wearing when the victim was walking past Avenida Marginal do Patane on the morning of that day. The victim strived to protect his property, and the involved man fled the scene after his attempt had gone in vain.
The involved man was identified after an in-depth investigation and was arrested in his residence a few hours later, where an expandable baton was seized as well. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and possession of prohibited weapon.
Detido um homem por roubo
No dia 9 de Agosto, recebemos, da PSP, um caso de roubo. Segundo a vítima, naquela manhã, quando passava pela Avenida Marginal do Patane, um homem aproximou-se dele de repente e tentou arrancar-lhe um fio de ouro que trazia ao pescoço, que vale cerca de 10 mil HKD. A vítima resistiu para proteger o que é seu, assim o assaltante, como viu que falhou, abandonou de imediato o local.
Após investigação aprofunda, foi identificado o assaltante e em pouco tempo foi detido na sua residência, onde encontrámos ainda um bastão extensível. O detido foi presente ao MP acusado de roubo e arma proibida.
