內地男女涉詐騙案被拘
2018年7月31日，本局接獲一名本澳男子報案，稱其當日在路氹城區某酒店房間內與兩男一女內地人士進行玉石飾物交易時，對方以三枚印有皇冠圖樣的500,000元籌碼購買其七件總值110萬人民幣的玉石飾物，事後發現所收籌碼全為偽造，隨即報案。
本局經深入調查，於2018年8月2日在新口岸區某住宅單位內成功緝獲兩名涉案男女，並在單位內搜獲其中一件涉案玉石飾物、12枚印有皇冠圖樣的10,000元偽造籌碼、30,000港元現金、多張懷疑與高利貸有關的借據文件、多本旅遊證件及多部境外刷卡機。涉案人士承認利用假籌碼詐騙事主，本局以詐騙(相當巨額)罪將涉案人士移送檢察院偵辦。此外，在單位內搜獲的多件懷疑涉及高利貸犯罪證據，本局已另立案件跟進調查。
Mainland man and woman arrested for involvement in fraud case
On 31st July 2018, the Judiciary Police received a complaint from a Macao man, alleging that when he conducted jade trade with two men and a woman from the mainland inside a Cotai hotel room, the other party used three $500,000 casino chips printed with crown logos as payment for seven pieces of jade jewellery worth RMB1,100,000. Later, he found that all the casino chips that he had received were counterfeits, thus filing a complaint to the police immediately.
After in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police successfully captured an involved man and an involved woman in a residential unit in ZAPE on 2th August 2018. Moreover, an involved piece of jade jewellery, twelve counterfeited $10,000 casino chips with crown logos, HKD30,000 in cash, a number of IOU documents suspected to be related to usury, several travel documents and foreign card-swiping machines were seized from the unit. The involved individuals confessed to defrauding the victim with counterfeited casino chips. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (massive amount). In addition, as a number of criminal evidences suspected to be related to usury were found in the unit, the Judiciary Police has opened a separate case file to investigate.
Detidos dois indivíduos da China continental por burla
No dia 31 de Julho de 2018, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem de Macau, dizendo que naquele dia tinha efectuado uma transacção relativa a pedras preciosas com dois homens e uma mulher, todos da China continental, num quarto de hotel do Cotai, os três tinham comprado sete peças num valor total de 1,1 milhões de RMB por três fichas com a imagem de uma coroa, cada uma de 500.000 HKD. Mais tarde, o denunciante apercebeu-se que as fichas eram falsas, assim, fez queixa na PJ.
Na investigação, os nossos agentes conseguiram deter um dos homens e a mulher no dia 2 de Agosto de 2018 num apartamento no ZAPE, onde foi apreendida uma das peças envolvidas, 12 fichas falsas com a imagem da coroa, cada uma de 10.000 HKD, 30.000 HKD em numerário, alguns recibos de dívida supostamente relacionados com a agiotagem, alguns documentos de viagem e vários terminais de pagamento. Os suspeitos admitiram ter usado as fichas falsas para a burla. Os dois detidos foram presentes ao MP por burla (valor consideravelmente elevado). Por outro lado, como foram encontrados alguns elementos provavelmente relacionados com a agiotagem, a PJ instaurou um outro processo para investigação.
