拘販毒港男
本局根據情報知悉香港某販毒集團指派一名男子來澳出售毒品，經深入調查後鎖定一名男子。2018年8月1日20時許，該涉嫌男子經外港碼頭入境，乘搭的士先往新口岸一間酒店，又於22時許乘搭的士到林茂堂區某大廈附近下車，本局人員上前截查，於下車位置附近及涉嫌男子租住酒店房間內搜獲重約18.53克毒品可卡因、一部秤毒品用的電子磅及數十個懷疑用作分拆毒品之透明膠袋。
涉嫌男子承認受指使到澳門出售毒品，每販賣15克毒品可卡因可賺取四千港元作酬勞，並供稱其是第二次進出本澳犯案及有吸毒習慣，而尿檢報告顯示呈陽性反應。本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將其移送檢察院偵訊，並繼續追查其他涉案人士。
Hong Kong man arrested for drug trafficking
Based on intelligence, the Judiciary Police learnt that a drug trafficking syndicate in Hong Kong had assigned a man to sell drugs in Macao. After in-depth investigation, one man was identified. On 1st August 2018, at around 20:00, the involved man entered Macao via the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal and took a taxi to a hotel in the ZAPE area in the first place. At around 22:00, he took a taxi and got off somewhere near a building at Lam Mau district. Personnel of the Judiciary Police went over to intercept him. Around 18.53 grams of cocaine, an electronic scale for weighing drugs and dozens of transparent plastic bags suspected to be used for drug distribution, were seized near the drop-off place, as well as inside the hotel room which the involved man rented.
The involved man admitted to have been instructed to sell drugs in Macao, and he would get HKD4,000 for every 15 grams of cocaine he trafficked. He also confessed that it was his second time entering and exiting Macao to commit crime and he had the habit of drug consumption. The urine test report also came out positive. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue other involved individuals.
Detido um homem de Hong Kong por tráfico de estupefacientes
Através de algumas informações a PJ teve conhecimento de que uma rede de Hong Kong tinha mandado um homem para vender drogas em Macau, o qual foi identificado. Em 01 de Agosto de 2018, por volta das 20 horas, o homem entrou no território pelo Terminal Marítimo do Porto Exterior e apanhou um táxi para se dirigir a um hotel do NAPE. Às 22 horas, pegou um táxi para a zona do Lam Mau, mas foi detido quando saiu do táxi. Nesta operação, foram apreendidos, no local e no quarto do hotel, 18,53 gramas de cocaína, uma balança electrónica e umas dezenas de saquinhos plásticos que supostamente eram utilizados para distribuir a droga.
O homem admitiu ter seguido as indicações obtidas para vender droga em Macau, conseguiu 4000 HKD por cada 15 gramas de cocaína vendida. Confessou ainda que foi a segunda vez que vinha a Macau com este encargo e tinha o hábito de consumir droga. O resultado do seu exame de urina foi positivo. O detido foi presente ao MP por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e a PJ continua à procura dos outros cúmplices.
