法籍男子涉加重盜竊被捕
本局於2018年7月24及27日先後接獲本澳中區同一店舖報案，稱店內分別被人盜去現金及手提電話等財物，損失合共三萬澳門元。首宗案件發生在2018年7月24日，店舖職員下班後如常將營業款項15,000澳門元及2,000港元鎖在店舖抽屜後離開，翌日發現有關款項全數被盜，故立即報警處理；隨後於27日早上，又發現原放置在櫃枱上的一部手機及一部平板電腦不翼而飛，而店內抽屜內的2,500澳門元現金亦同時被盜。
本局接報後展開調查，經現場勘查及調取現場和附近街道的監控系統資料後，發現有人案發時攀爬店舖二樓外牆，隨後撬毀窗戶進入店舖犯案。本局鎖定兩宗案件涉及同一名男子，遂於2018年8月2日在中區某娛樂場將其截獲，涉案人持法國護照，經查問後承認與上述兩宗案件有關，並辯稱受他人指示犯罪，所得贜物已全數交予一名不知名男子。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
French man arrested for aggravated theft
A store in central district reported to the Judiciary Police successively on 24 and 27 July 2018 that valuables including cash and mobile phone had been stolen from the store, incurring a total loss of MOP 30,000. The first incident took place on 24 July 2018, when the staff locked away operating funds of MOP 15,000 and HKD 2,000, as usual, in the drawer of the store before leaving. Finding that the entire amount was missing the next day, the staff immediately reported to the police. On the morning of July 27th, a mobile phone and a tablet computer originally placed on the counter, along with MOP 2,500 of cash inside the drawer, were again found missing.
Investigation was launched promptly upon receiving the complaint. On-site inspection and surveillance data extracted from the scene and streets nearby revealed that someone had climbed on the external wall of the store on the second floor and damaged the window to enter the store to commit theft during the incident. Having identified the same man for both cases, the Judiciary Police intercepted him at a casino in central district on 2 August 2018. After interrogation, the suspect, a French passport holder, admitted to be involved in both cases and argued that he had been instigated to commit the crimes; all stolen items had been handed to an unknown man. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um francês por furto qualificado
Nos dias 24 e 27 de Julho recebemos denúncias feitas por uma loja, sita na zona do Centro, queixando-se que alguém tinha furtado dinheiro, telemóvel, e outros objectos valiosos que se encontravam na loja, causando um prejuízo de 30 mil patacas. O primeiro caso ocorreu no dia 24 de Julho de 2018, o funcionário da loja declarou que, na hora de saída tinha guardado, como de costume, dinheiro da loja numa gaveta, eram 15 mil patacas e 2 mil HKD, e trancou a seguir essa gaveta. No dia seguinte, o dinheiro guardado não estava assim chamou logo a polícia. Na manhã do dia 27, não conseguiu encontrar um telemóvel e um computador tablet, que tinha posto em cima do balcão da mesma loja, e 2.500 patacas em numerário que tinha guardado numa gaveta.
Na sequência dessas denúncias, iniciámos as investigações. Depois da inspecção ao local de crime e recolha de dados dos sistemas de controlo instalados no local do crime e nas proximidades, descobrimos que alguém tinha entrado na loja pelo 2.o andar do edifício, através da escalada e tinha arrombado uma janela. Foi localizado um indivíduo supostamente envolvido nesses dois casos, que acabou por ser interceptado no dia 2 de Agosto de 2018 num casino do centro. O detido é portador de passaporte francês, durante a inquirição admitiu o envolvimento nos dois casos, dizendo que tinha praticado o crime seguindo as ordens de um terceiro, tudo o que tinha furtado foi entregue a um indivíduo desconhecido. Foi presente ao MP acusado de furto qualificado.
