18男女涉多宗盜竊案被捕
2018年7月27日，本局接獲一名事主報案，稱在某娛樂場賭博期間被人盜去放在座位上的手袋，損失折合約152,600澳門元的財物。
本局人員接報後展開調查，鎖定四名涉案男女身份，並查得該四人匿藏於皇朝區某住宅單位內，遂對相關單位展開監視，並在涉案人離開單位時對其進行截查，結果在兩單位內合共查獲18名涉案人及另外五宗盜竊案所得財物，包括手提電話、娛樂場會員卡、現金及手提包等。
經深入調查後發現，上述人士同屬一盜竊犯罪集團，於2018年6月開始專門在賭場內偷取賭客的財物，每次得手後，均會指使成員將事主的證件放回賭場洗手間讓物主取回，目的是令物主不會因失去證件而報案。調查所得集團還涉及另外五宗盜竊案件，涉案金額總值約80萬澳門元，其中最大一宗案件涉及約36萬澳門元。本局以加重盜竊罪將18名涉案人移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其他涉案人士。
18 men and women arrested for involvement in several theft cases
On 27th July 2018, the Judiciary Police received a report from a victim, claiming that somebody stole the handbag which she put on the seat while gambling inside a casino, incurring a loss of around MOP 152,600 worth of valuables.
The Judiciary Police officers launched an investigation upon receipt of the report and identified four involved men and women. In addition, it was found that the four individuals were hiding inside an apartment in the NAPE district, and the relevant apartment was thus put under surveillance by the Judiciary Police. The involved persons were intercepted upon leaving the apartment. In the end, a total of 18 involved individuals and stolen belongings (including mobile phones, casino membership cards, cash, handbags, etc.) from five other theft cases were seized from the two apartments.
After in-depth investigation, it was found that the aforesaid individuals belonged to the same theft criminal syndicate. In June 2018, the syndicate started to specialize in stealing casino patrons’ belongings inside the casino. Every time the syndicate members succeeded in a theft case, they would be instructed to leave the victim’s identity document in the toilet of the casino for the victim to retrieve. In this way, the victim would not report to the police due to the loss of identity document. Based on the investigation, it was found that the syndicate was also involved in five other theft cases, and the involved sum totalled around MOP800,000. Among the cases, the largest one involved around MOP360,000. The Judiciary Police transferred the 18 involved persons to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue other involved individuals.

Em 27 de Julho de 2018, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia onde se dizia que numa mesa de jogo, a mala da vítima, que estava na cadeira, tinha sido furtada, o prejuízo total foi de 152.600 patacas.
Na investigação, os nossos agentes conseguiram identificar quatro indivíduos e foi apurado que estes estavam escondidos nalguns apartamentos do NAPE, começámos a vigiar os apartamentos suspeitos. A detenção foi desencadeada enquanto os indivíduos suspeitos saíram dos apartamentos, foram detidas no total 18 pessoas em dois apartamentos e também foram encontrados objectos furtados noutros cinco furtos, como telemóveis, cartões de membro do casino, dinheiro, malas e outros.
Para além disso, descobriu-se ainda que os detidos pertencem ao mesmo grupo criminoso que estava a cometer furtos nos casinos desde Junho de 2018. Quando conseguiam, seguindo as indicações deixavam os documentos furtados nas casas de banho para que as vítimas conseguissem recuperá-los, para evitar que as vítimas denunciassem o facto à polícia devido à perda dos documentos. Este grupo também esteve envolvido em outros cinco furtos, tendo amealhado um total de 800.000 patacas, o maior caso envolveu cerca de 360.000 patacas. Os 18 detidos foram presentes ao MP por furto qualificado e a PJ continua à procura dos outros cúmplices.
