內地漢涉加重盜竊及偽造文件被捕
內地男事主於2018年7月中來澳旅遊，在路氹城區某酒店認識涉案內地男子；涉案男子其後藉詞到男事主的酒店房間休息，並乘事主不察時，盜取其背包內一個十萬港元籌碼和六千港元現金，被事主發現後訛稱拍攝籌碼，更拒絕交還籌碼，事主遂通知酒店保安員協助報警。
本局接報派員到場調查，在涉案男子身上搜獲四張偽造內地居民身份證；涉案男子承認作案，本局以加重盜竊罪和偽造文件罪將其送交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in aggravated theft and falsification of documents
The mainland victim of this case travelled to Macao in mid-July 2018, and became acquainted with the involved mainland man in a hotel located in the Cotai district. Later, the involved man, under the pretext of resting in the male victim’s hotel room, and while the victim was unaware, stole a HKD100,000 casino chip and HKD6,000 of cash from the victim’s backpack. When the victim found out about the theft, the involved man falsely claimed that he was filming the chip, and refused to return it. The victim thus notified the hotel security staff to assist in reporting to the police.
The Judiciary Police dispatched officers to the scene for investigation after receiving the report, and seized four forged mainland resident identity cards from the involved man. The involved man confessed to the crime, and the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and falsification of documents.

A vítima deste caso é um residente do continente, veio a Macau em meados de Julho de 2018 para fazer uma visita. Nessa visita conheceu um homem, também do continente, num hotel do Cotai. Esse homem usou um pretexto para poder descansar no quarto de hotel da vítima, conseguiu aproveitar a distracção desta e furtou-lhe uma ficha com valor de 100 mil HKD e 6000 HKD em numerário, que se encontravam na mochila. Quando a vítima o viu, este disse que queria tirar umas fotografias à ficha e recusou devolvê-la, assim a vítima chamou a segurança do hotel para que chamasse a polícia.
Os nossos agentes quando chegaram ao local, encontraram na posse do homem quatro bilhetes de identidade do continente falsos. O detido admitiu ter cometido os crimes, foi presente ao MP acusado de furto qualificado e falsificação de documento.
