內地漢涉加重盜竊被捕
內地男事主於2018年6月中來澳旅遊，在路氹城區某酒店認識涉案內地男子，其後二人相約前往中區某桑拿浴室消遣及休息，男事主醒來後發現其存放於儲物櫃內的衣服及54,000港元被盜，涉案男子亦失去聯絡，遂向本局報案。
本局調查後鎖定涉案男子的身份，並查得其於案發後逃回內地。涉案男子於2018年7月14日再次入境，由治安警察局協助將其截獲，其否認盜竊，本局根據相關調查證據，以加重盜竊罪將其送交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in aggravated theft
The mainland male victim travelled to Macao in mid-June 2018, and became acquainted with the involved mainland man at a hotel in Cotai district. Subsequently, the duo scheduled to go to a sauna bathhouse in the central district for leisure and rest. After the male victim woke up, he discovered that the clothes and HKD54,000 which he stored inside a locker had been stolen, and the involved man was out of reach. Thus, he reported the case to the Judiciary Police.
After investigation, the Judiciary Police identified the involved man, and found that he had fled to the mainland after committing the crime. The involved man re-entered Macao on 14th July 2018. Aided by the Public Security Police Force, he was intercepted. He denied to have committed the theft. Based on relevant evidence from the investigation, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem da China continental por furto qualificado
Em meados de Junho de 2018, um homem da China continental, vítima deste caso, visitou Macau e conheceu um outro homem da China continental num hotel do Cotai. Mais tarde, os dois divertiram-se e descansaram numa sauna na zona central. Quando a vítima acordou, descobriu que lhe tinham sido furtados a sua roupa e 54.000 HKD, todos colocados num cacifo. Como a vítima não conseguiu contactar mais com aquele homem, fez queixa na PJ.
Na investigação, foi identificado o indivíduo que tinha fugido para o continente após o furto. Com a colaboração do CPSP, o suspeito foi detido ao entrar novamente em Macau no dia 14 de Julho de 2018. Este negou o crime, mas de acordo com as provas obtidas, foi finalmente presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
