珠寶店女主任涉加重盜竊被捕

2018年5月6日，本局接獲中區某大型連鎖珠寶店報案，稱在盤點貨品時發現保險箱失去四塊金條及多出兩塊生肖金片，本局隨即展開深入調查；該公司於6月底再次進行盤點，發現飾櫃失去九件金飾，同時又有九件價值較低的金飾放置飾櫃內，店舖損失合共405,554澳門元。

本局綜合店舖銷售記錄及相關調查線索，鎖定一名女銷售主任與案件有關，並發現涉案女子已於案發後辭職及返回內地。2018年7月12日，涉案女子經關閘口岸入境，本局在治安警察局協助下將其截獲。其承認因知悉公司只點算貨品數量、但不核對其重量的漏洞，自2017年12月開始犯案，將預先購入的金片與保險箱內的金條進行偷龍轉鳳，待下班時帶走金條轉售予珠海某金行；其後以相同手法盜取飾櫃內的金飾，合共得款247,000元人民幣並全數用於日常花費。

本局對涉案女子控以加重盜竊罪，並連同11件用於作案的金飾一併移送檢察院處理。

Female sales executive of a jewellery shop apprehended for involvement in aggravated theft

On 6th May 2018, the Judiciary Police received a report from a large-scale chain jewellery shop in the central district, stating that while making inventory of stock, 4 gold bullions were found missing and 2 extra Chinese zodiac gold plates were found in the safe.  In-depth investigation was initiated at once.  When the company made inventory of stocks again in the end of June, 9 pieces of gold ornaments were found missing in the showecase while at the same time, another 9 pieces of gold ornaments with lower value were placed inside, which incurred a total loss of MOP405,554 to the shop.

Having integrated the sales record of the shop and the relevant investigation clues, the Judiciary Police identified a female sales executive to be involved in this case and discovered that the involved woman had quit the job and returned to the mainland after the incident.  On 12th July 2018, the involved woman was intercepted with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force when she entered Macao via the Border Gate port.  She admitted that she had started the perpetration since December 2017 after learning the company loophole of taking the quantity but not the weight of the stock.  Switching the gold bullions in the safe with the gold plates she had bought in advance, she brought the bullions away after work and sold them to a jewellery shop in Zhuhai.  The gold ornaments in the showcase were stolen with the same modus operandi afterwards, which gained her a total of RMB247,000 and were all spent on daily expenditure.

Em 6 de Maio de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu uma denúncia de uma cadeia de joalharia da zona central, dizendo que na contagem de mercadorias se descobriu que 4 barras de ouro tinham desaparecido da caixa de segurança para depois ser trocadas por 2 lingotes de ouro de signos do zodíaco chinês, assim desencadeou-se logo uma investigação. Entretanto, no final de Junho, quando a empresa em causa efectuou de novo a contagem, verificou que tinham perdido mais 9 peças de ouro do mostruário, onde contudo, estavam expostas outras 9 peças de ouro com valor mais baixo, fazendo com que a loja sofresse um prejuízo no valor de 405.554 de patacas.

Dos registos de venda e das pistas de investigação, resultou a identificação da gerente de vendas, que estava envolvida no caso. Apurou-se ainda que a suspeita já se tinha demitido e voltado para a China continental após a ocorrência dos factos. Em 12 de Julho de 2018, a suspeita foi detida com a colaboração com o Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública quando tentava entrar pelas Portas do Cerco. A detida admitiu que por saber das lacunas da companhia, que só contava o número de mercadorias mas não verificava o peso das mesmas, começou a actuar em Dezembro do ano passado, e que tinha trocado as barras de ouro que estavam guardadas na caixa de segurança pelos lingotes de ouro que tinha comprado previamente para vendê-las a uma outra joalharia em Zhuhai após o serviço. Confessou que posteriormente furtou, utilizando o mesmo modus operandi, as peças de ouro no mostruário conseguindo a quantia de 247.000 de RMB e tendo o dinheiro todo sido gasto em despesas quotidianas.

A detida foi presente, juntamente com 11 peças de ouro, ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado.
