內地女子涉加重盜竊被捕
2018年6月8日，內地男事主向本局報稱於6月7日在本澳某賭場認識一名內地女子，二人結伴賭博至翌日清晨後一同返回事主的酒店房間休息。事主醒來發現涉案女子已離開，其手提包被盜，損失約值九萬澳門元的現金及籌碼。
本局調查後鎖定涉案女子的身份，並於6月14日在本澳某賭場將其截獲；其承認逾期逗留本澳及盜竊事主的財物，贓款已全數在賭博中輸清。本局以加重盜竊、非法入境及非法逗留者實施的犯罪共兩罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman arrested for involvement in aggravated theft
The Judiciary Police received a complaint on 8th June 2018 from a victimised mainland man who claimed to have got acquainted with a mainland woman in a casino in Macao on June 7th. They gambled together until the wee hours of the following day, and then the duo returned to the guest room of the victim to rest. When the victim woke up, he found that the involved woman had left, and his handbag was stolen. The loss incurred was around MOP90,000 of cash and chips.
The Judiciary Police identified the woman after investigation and intercepted her in a casino in Macao on June 14th. She confessed to have been overstaying in Macao and had stolen the victim’s properties, which were all gambled away. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of aggravated theft, illegal entry and crime committed by illegal stayer.
Detida uma mulher da China continental por furto qualificado
No dia 8 de Junho de 2018, a PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem da China continental, dizendo que tinha conhecido uma mulher da China continental num casino em Macau no dia 7 de Junho, jogou com ela até a madrugada seguinte, depois os dois foram ao quarto de hotel que o denunciante alugava para descansar. Quando o homem se levantou, a mulher já não estava no quarto e descobriu que a sua mala tinha sido furtada, com um prejuízo de cerca de 90 mil patacas em numerário e em fichas.
Na investigação, os nossos agentes identificaram a mulher, e no dia 14 de Junho detiveram-na num casino. Esta admitiu estar em Macau com o visto caducado e ter furtado os pertences da vítima, e disse que o dinheiro furtado tinha sido perdido ao jogo. A detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado, entrada ilegal e crime cometido em situação de imigração ilegal.
