內地男涉高利貸禁錮導致他人死亡被捕
2017年4月27日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，一名內地男子懷疑從高處墮下，倒斃於皇朝區某大廈門外。
本局展開深入調查，發現死者於2017年4月23日進入本澳，曾向一名涉案男子借款五萬港元進行賭博，並於賭局勝出時被抽取百分之十作為利息；死者最終賭敗，被多名涉案男子禁錮於上述大廈某單位，涉案人等發送毆打死者的影片威脅死者妻子還款。案發當日，死者從單位洗手間爬窗逃走，懷疑失足墮下身亡；涉案人等聞訊後迅速離開單位，並經關閘口岸逃離本澳。
直至2018年6月13日，其中一名涉案男子再度入境，本局在治安警察局協助下成功將其攔截；其承認是犯罪集團成員，負責禁錮死者，並收取500港元報酬。本局以剝奪他人行動自由、犯罪集團及為賭博的高利貸等三罪將其移送檢察院處理，同時追捕其他犯罪集團成員。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for usury and fatal imprisonment
The Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force on 27 April 2017 that a mainland Chinese man was suspected to have plunged to his death outside a building in NAPE district.
In-depth investigation revealed that the deceased had entered Macao on 23 April 2017 and borrowed HKD 50,000 from the involved man for gambling, 10% of which was to be deducted as interest in the event of a winning game. Having eventually lost his bet, the deceased was imprisoned in an apartment of the aforesaid building by several involved men, who threatened his wife to repay the debt with videos depicting him being assaulted. On the day of the incident, the deceased attempted to escape through the bathroom window, falling to his death with a misstep. The involved men instantly left the apartment, having learnt of his death, and fled Macao via Portas do Cerco.
The Judiciary Police intercepted one of the involved men, with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force, upon his re-entry into Macao on 13 June 2018. He admitted to be a criminal syndicate member and was responsible for imprisoning the deceased for a HKD 500 reward. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of deprivation of others’ freedom of movement, criminal syndicate and usury for gambling, while pursuing the other syndicate members at large.

Em 27 de Abril de 2017, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP de que um homem da China continental tinha caído de uma apartamento e jazia morto fora do portão de um edifício no NAPE.
Na investigação, verificou-se que o homem entrou em Macau no dia 23 de Abril de 2017, pediu a outro homem um empréstimo de 50 mil HKD para jogar no casino, tendo-lhe sido cobrado como juros 10% do valor de aposta em cada jogo ganho. A vítima perdeu todo o dinheiro e foi sequestrada por vários homens num apartamento daquele prédio, estes enviaram à sua mulher um vídeo onde o homem estava a ser agredido, para convencê-la a para pagar as dívidas. No dia da ocorrência, o homem tentou fugir pela janela da casa de banho, mas deu um passo em falso, caiu e morreu. Os agiotas, depois de ter sabido a notícia, saíram rapidamente do apartamento e fugiram via posto fronteiriço das Portas do Cerco.
Em 13 de Junho de 2018, um dos suspeitos entrou de novo no território e foi interceptado com o apoio do CPSP. O detido admitiu ser membro de um grupo criminoso e que estava encarregado de controlar a vítima, tendo ganho 500 HKD como recompensa. O mesmo foi presente ao MP por sequestro, associação criminosa e agiotagem para jogo, continuamos à procura dos outros cúmplices em fuga.
