港男涉販吸毒被捕
本局早前接獲情報，有香港販毒集團指派一名男子來澳販毒，經調查後鎖定其身份及住處。
2018年6月13日，本局人員於目標男子的住所進行監視期間，發現其前往新口岸區某酒店附近僻靜處，隨即上前截查，在其身上及住所起出12.8克可卡因、2.4萬港元現金、電子磅及毒品分拆工具。
涉案男子承認受香港販毒集團指使來澳販毒，每售出24克可卡因可獲酬3,000港元。本局依法對其進行尿液檢驗，結果顯示其對毒品呈陽性反應，故以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將其移送檢察院處理，並追查在逃人士。
Hong Kong man arrested for involvement in drug trafficking and taking
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier that a man was instructed by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to sell drugs in Macao, whose identity and residence were identified after investigation.
On 13th June 2018, while the personnel of the Judiciary Police was monitoring the targeted man’s residence, the man was found proceeding to a quiet place near a hotel in the NAPE district and was thus intercepted. 12.8 grams of cocaine, HKD 24,000 in cash, an electronic scale and drug dividing tools were found on the man and in his residence.
The involved man admitted that he was instructed by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to sell drugs in Macao for a reward of HKD 3,000 for every 24 grams of cocaine sold. The Judiciary Police conducted a urine test against the man as stipulated by the law and received a positive result on drugs, thus transferred the man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances while pursuing the absconded persons.
