粵澳警方聯手搗破跨境偷渡集團 截獲39人
本局早前分別從內地警方及本澳“反偷渡工作聯防機制”接獲情報，指有跨境偷渡集團組織協助越南籍人士取道內地來澳從事非法工作。
本局與廣東警方聯手深入調查，得悉有犯罪集團成員多次協助越南籍人士從越南非法入境中國內地，再經廣西、廣東到達珠海，最終偷渡來澳從事黑工，並鎖定多名犯罪集團成員的身份和行蹤。
2018年5月26日，本澳與內地警方同時採取拘捕行動，其中本局聯同澳門海關在美麗街一個地盤及各區三個住宅單位截獲合共39名男女，當中拘捕了六名人士(包括四名偷渡犯罪集團成員及兩名涉及僱用和收留之人士)，及截獲12名越南籍非法入境者和逾期逗留人士，另外有21名人士被帶返本局協助調查；內地警方則在廣東和廣西多處地點採取行動，成功拘捕18名涉案人士，其中包括八名犯罪集團主腦和成員，以及十名越南籍偷渡人士，相關行動將持續進行。
鑑於被查獲人士在本澳從事非法工程及非法工作等行為，本局將案件通報具權限部門作進一步跟進。
Guangdong and Macao Police jointly cracked cross-border human smuggling syndicate with 39 individuals intercepted
Earlier on, the Judiciary Police received intelligence from the Mainland Police and the "Anti-Illegal Immigration Joint Preventive Mechanism" respectively that a cross-border human smuggling syndicate had been assisting Vietnamese nationals to come to Macao for illegal work by way of the Mainland.
The Judiciary Police, in conjunction with the Guangdong Police, conducted in-depth investigations and learned that members of a criminal syndicate had on many occasions facilitated the illegal entry of Vietnamese nationals from Vietnam into Mainland China, then through Guangxi, Guangdong to Zhuhai, eventually smuggling them to Macao to engage in illegal employment. The police also pinpointed the identities and whereabouts of a number of members of the criminal syndicate.
On 26 May 2018, a concurrent arrest operation was conducted by the Macao and Mainland police. The Judiciary Police, together with the Macao Customs Service, intercepted a total of 39 men and women at a construction site in Rua Formosa and three residential units in various districts. Among them, six persons (including four members of the human smuggling syndicate and two persons involved in employing and sheltering) were arrested, and 12 Vietnamese illegal immigrants and overstayers were intercepted. Another 21 persons were brought back to the Judiciary Police to assist in the investigation. Meanwhile, the Mainland Police conducted operations in various locations in Guangdong and Guangxi Provinces, resulting in the arrest of 18 involved persons, including eight syndicate leaders and members, and 10 Vietnamese illegal immigrants. The related operation will be continuously carried out.
In view of the fact that the intercepted persons were engaging in activities such as illegal construction and illegal work, the case was reported to the competent departments for further follow-up.
Desmantelada com a polícia de Guangdong uma rede transfronteiriça de imigração ilegal e interceptados 39 indivíduos
A Polícia Judiciária recebeu, através do “Mecanismo de prevenção conjunta sobre combate à imigração ilegal” entre as autoridades policiais da China continental e Macau, uma informação, dizendo que uma rede transfronteiriça de imigração ilegal estaria a organizar e ajudar pessoas do Vietname a trabalhar ilegalmente em Macau passando pela China continental.
Na investigação efectuada conjuntamente pelas duas autoridades policiais, ficou apurado que alguns membros do grupo criminoso tinham ajudado, repetidas vezes, pessoas a passar ilegalmente do Vietname na China continental e depois chegar pelas províncias de Guangxi e Guangdong a Zhuhai para trabalhar ilegalmente em Macau. Foram identificados vários membros daquele grupo criminoso e os seus paradeiros.
No dia 26 de Maio de 2018, as duas polícias efectuaram, ao mesmo tempo, uma operação de detenção, na qual a PJ e os Serviços de Alfândega interceptaram, num estaleiro da Rua Formosa e em três apartamentos, um total de 39 pessoas, entre estas, 6 indivíduos foram detidos (incluindo 4 membros da rede criminosa de imigração ilegal e 2 relacionados com contratação e acolhimento), 12 vietnamitas foram interceptados por imigração ilegal e com excesso de permanência, e 21 pessoas foram levadas às instalações da PJ para investigação, enquanto que as autoridades da China continental efectuaram, em diferentes lugares das províncias de Guangdong e Guangxi, operações que resultaram na detenção de 18 pessoas, entre elas 8 cabecilhas e membros do grupo criminoso e 10 imigrantes ilegais do Vietname, operação essa que continua em andamento.
Atendendo às obras e trabalho ilegal que os detidos executaram no Território, a PJ irá comunicar o caso aos serviços competentes para acompanhamento.
