雷霆行動2018──打擊賣淫集團
在警察總局統籌下，本局持續進行“雷霆2018”行動，為打擊賣淫集團利用住宅單位進行賣淫活動，於2018年5月24日派出21名刑事偵查員到北區巡查多個懷疑用作經營賣淫場所的單位。
行動中，本局在其中四個單位查獲五名持旅遊證件的女子，她們承認以自僱形式從事按摩工作。本局以違反出入境逗留規定將五名女子移送相關部門處理，而鑑於案件涉及違反《禁止非法工作規章》和《禁止非法提供住宿法律》的有關規定，故通報勞工事務局及旅遊局進行跟進。
Operation Thunderbolt 2018 – combat prostitution syndicate
Coordinated by the Unitary Police Service, the Judiciary Police continued to conduct “Operation Thunderbolt 2018” to combat the use of residential units for prostitution by prostitution syndicate. On 24th May 2018, 21 criminal investigators were deployed to the northern district to inspect multiple residential units which were suspected to be used for operating vice establishments.
During the operation, 5 women holding tourist visa were intercepted in four of the units, who admitted performing massaging jobs in a self-employed way. Having breached the regulations of stay, entry and departure, the 5 women were transferred to the related departments for further handling. In addition, since the case involved breaching related regulations in “Regulation on Prohibition of Illegal Work” and the law on "Prohibition of Providing Illegal Accommodation", thus The Labour Affairs Bureau and Macao Government Tourism Office were informed for further handling.
Operação Trovoada 2018 – Combate às redes de prostituição
A PJ, com a coordenação dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, continua a participar na “Operação Trovoada 2018” para combater as redes de prostituição que praticam as suas actividades nas fracções habitacionais. Em 24 de Maio de 2018, 21 investigadores criminais foram enviados a efectuarem rusgas nalguns apartamentos que estariam a servir como locais para praticar a prostituição na zona norte.
Na operação, foram encontradas em 4 apartamentos 5 mulheres que tinham documentos de viagem, elas admitiram ter prestado serviços de massagem por conta própria. As 5 detidas foram levadas aos serviços encarregados por violar os regulamentos sobre a migração e permanência. A PJ, tendo em consideração que esta situação violava o “Regulamento sobre a proibição do trabalho ilegal” e “Proibição de prestação ilegal de alojamento”, comunicou com a DSAL e DST para o acompanhamento.
