內地男子涉加重傷人被捕
2018年5月24日凌晨，本局接獲治安警察局通知氹仔某住宅單位發生一宗持刀傷人案件，經調查發現男傷者及涉案男子於5月23日晚上與數名朋友在單位內聚會，聚會後剩下傷者、涉案男子及一名友人。涉案男子要求與傷者鬥酒，遭對方拒絕後發生口角，期間傷者企圖以酒瓶襲擊涉案男子，被友人阻止，涉案男子則從廚房取出一把菜刀，砍向傷者頭部及身體多處；二人其後分別離開單位，涉案男子被治安警員截獲，二人俱被送院治理。
根據法醫檢驗結果顯示，傷者頭部有多處骨折，身體多處被割傷及擦傷，傷勢嚴重；涉案男子經治療出院後被帶返本局調查，承認因傷者先行襲擊，故一時氣憤而砍傷對方。本局以加重傷害身體完整性罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for involvement in aggravated assault
In the wee hours of 24th May 2018, the Judiciary Police was informed by the Public Security Police Force that a case of knife attack took place in a residential unit in Taipa. Investigation revealed that the male victim and the involved man had a gathering with a few friends in the unit on the night of May 23rd. After the gathering, only the victim, the involved man and a friend stayed behind. The involved man requested to have a drinking contest with the victim, who rejected him and resulted in a quarrel. During the quarrel, the victim attempted to assault the involved man with a wine bottle but was stopped by his friend, while the involved man took out a cleaver from the kitchen and slashed at multiple parts on the victim’s head and body. Later, the duo left the residential unit separately. The involved man was intercepted by the officer of the Public Security Police Force, and the duo were both sent to the hospital for treatment.
According to the Forensic examination result, the victim was seriously injured with multiple fractures on the head, together with various wounds and scrapes on the body. The involved man was brought back to the Judiciary Police for investigation after being treated in the hospital, who admitted to have slashed the victim in a fit of rage since the victim started the assault first. The Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated harm to bodily integrity.

Na madrugada do dia 24 de Maio de 2018, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP de que ocorreu um caso de agressão a facada num apartamento na Taipa, após averiguações apurou-se que na noite de 23 de Maio, a vítima e o homem envolvido tinham estado a conviver com outros amigos no referido apartamento, no fim, ficaram apenas a vítima, o agressor e um amigo. O agressor sugeriu à vítima uma competição para ver quem bebia mais vinho mas este recusou, isto deu origem a uma rixa, a vítima tentou atacar o outro uma garrafa de vinho, mas foi-lhe impedido pelo amigo. O outro terá ido à cozinha buscar uma faca e golpeou a vítima à cabeça e noutras partes do corpo. Mais tarde o ferido e o agressor deixaram o apartamento. A Polícia acabou por interceptar o agressor na rua e os dois foram transportados para o hospital.
Conforme o resultado do exame médico, foram encontradas várias fracturas na cabeça, cortes e esfoladelas em várias partes do corpo da vítima que se encontra num estado grave. O agressor foi encaminhado para a PJ depois de recebido tratamento no hospital e confessou a agressão por ter ficado zangado porque a vítima o tinha o atacado primeiro. Eeste foi presente ao MP por ofensas qualificadas à integridade física.
