內地漢涉盜竊被捕
2018年5月12日，內地男事主來澳旅遊，由一名親戚安排入住路氹城區某酒店；事主將內有87萬港元現金的背包放在房內，隨後前往賭場賭博，直至13日凌晨返回房間時，發現失去全部款項，且無法聯繋上該名親戚，遂向本局報案。
本局調查後鎖定涉案男子的身份，並查得涉案男子於案發後逃回內地。2018年5月21日，涉案男子再次入境，由治安警察局協助將其截獲；其承認只盜取事主20萬港元，在賭博中輸掉17萬港元，餘款則已帶回內地。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子送交檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man apprehended for involvement in theft
A mainland man arrived in Macao on 12th May 2018 for travelling, and was accommodated at a hotel located in the Cotai district by his relative. After the victim placed his backpack, in which he put HKD870,000 of cash, inside the hotel room, he went gambling at the casino until the wee hours of May 13th. When he returned to his room, all the money was gone, and he could not reach his relative. As such, he reported to the Judiciary Police.
The involved man was identified after our investigation, and it was also revealed that the involved man had fled back to the mainland after perpetration. On 21st May 2018, the involved man re-entered Macao, and was then intercepted under the aid of the Public Security Police Force. He admitted to have stolen only HKD200,000 from the victim, of which HKD170,000 was gambled away, and the remaining was taken back to the mainland. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of aggravated theft.

Um homem, da China continental, veio a Macau no dia 12 de Maio de 2018, ficou num hotel do Cotai que tinha sido reservado por um familiar. O homem deixou uma mochila que continha 870 mil HKD no quarto, e foi jogar no casino. Quando voltou ao quarto na madrugada de 13, reparou que desapareceu todo o dinheiro, e não conseguiu também ter contacto com o familiar, sendo assim, fez queixa na PJ.
Na investigação, a PJ identificou o homem e apurou que este tinha fugido para a China continental após o furto. Em 21 de Maio de 2018, o indivíduo, ao entrar no território, foi interceptado com o apoio do CPSP. Confessou que apenas furtou 200 mil HKD, e perdeu 170 mil HKD destes no jogo, o restante foi levado para a China continental. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado. </p
