七男女涉販吸毒被捕
本局早前接獲線報指一名內地男子經常在路氹城區一帶販毒，經調查後掌握涉案男子之容貌特徵，於2018年5月17日發現目標男子先後到路氹城區兩間酒店門外與兩名男子進行毒品交易，本局人員於時機成熟時採取行動，在目標男子的身上及住所搜獲38.08克“冰”毒，以及在兩名毒品買家的酒店房間搜獲2.81克“冰”毒和吸食工具，又在其中一名買家的房間查獲兩男兩女內地人士；行動中檢獲的毒品共約值13.5萬澳門元。
涉案內地男子承認販毒，本局分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪、允許他人在公眾或聚會地方不法生產、販毒及吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將七名涉案男女移交檢察院偵訊。
Seven persons arrested for involvement in trafficking and consuming drugs
The Judiciary Police received intelligence earlier that a mainland man had often been trafficking drugs in the vicinity of the Cotai district. The involved man’s facial characteristics were identified after our investigation. On 17th May 2018, the Judiciary Police officers discovered that the identified man was conducting drug transactions successively with two men outside two hotels located in the Cotai district. Our officers took action at the opportune moment, and seized a total of 38.08 grams of ice on the involved man and in his apartment. Another 2.81 grams of ice and drug taking tools were seized inside the hotel rooms of the two drug buyers. Two men and two women from the mainland were also caught inside the hotel room of one of the buyers. The total worth of drugs seized in this operation was approximately MOP135,000.
The involved mainland man confessed to have trafficked drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the seven persons to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, improper possession of utensils or equipment, permitting others to engage in illicit production, trafficking and consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in public or assembly areas respectively.
Detidos sete indivíduos por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes
Há dias, a PJ recebeu informações indicando que um homem da China continental estaria, com frequência, a vender droga na zona do Cotai. Na investigação, foi identificado o suspeito, em 17 de Maio de 2018, verificámos que o homem foi transaccionar droga com dois indivíduos em frente a dois hotéis da zona do Cotai. Na altura oportuna, entrámos em acção, foram encontrados 38,08 gramas de “ice” na posse e no domicílio do homem, e 2,81 gramas de “ice” e alguns instrumentos para consumo no quarto do hotel dos dois compradores de droga, foram ainda interceptados dois homens e duas mulheres, todos da China continental, no quarto de um dos compradores. O valor total da droga apreendida na operação ronda as 135 mil patacas.
O suspeito, da China continental, confessou o crime. Os sete indivíduos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, respectivamente.
