兩男子涉販吸毒被捕
本局早前接獲情報指有香港販毒集團指使一名香港男子來澳販毒，本局經調查後鎖定涉案香港男子的身份及其居所，2018年5月17日凌晨，本局人員發現涉案男子於北區某大廈附近懷疑與一名本澳男子進行毒品交易，隨即上前截查，即場在涉案男子身上搜出兩小包共重約2.48克可卡因。
隨後，於涉案男子租住單位內分別搜獲一個鐵罐(內有共重約25.32克可卡因)、毒品分拆工具及懷疑販毒所得的5.7萬港元款項。是次行動中共撿獲了27.8克可卡因，市值約9.3萬澳門元。
調查期間，涉案男子承認受僱於香港販毒集團來澳販毒，供稱每販賣24克可卡因可獲取3,000港元報酬，至今已賺取約三萬港元。而案中另一本澳涉案男子的身上並沒有搜獲違禁物品，但其承認正準備向上述香港涉案男子購買毒品。
本局將分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪和不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將上述兩涉案男子移交檢察院偵訊。
2 men arrested for drug consumption
Earlier on, the Judiciary Police received intelligence indicating that a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate had instructed a Hong Kong man to traffick drugs into Macao. After investigation, the Judiciary Police identified the involved Hong Kong man and his residence. On the early morning of 17 May 2018, the Judiciary Police found that the involved man was suspected to conduct drug trade with a Macao man near a building in Northern District, thus immediately intercepted them. 2 packets weighing a total of 2.48 grams of cocaine were found on the involved man at the scene.
Afterwards, a can (containing a total of 25.32 grams of cocaine inside), drug distributing tools and an amount of HKD57,000 suspected to be proceeds of drug trafficking were found at the rented apartment of the involved man. During the operation, a total of 27.8 grams of cocaine, at a market value of approximately MOP93,000, was seized.
In the course of investigation, the involved man admitted to have been hired by a Hong Kong drug trafficking syndicate to traffick drugs to Macao, so as to receive HKD3000 for every 24 grams of cocaine trafficked, having earned approximately HKD30,000 so far. In respect to another involved Macao man in the case, no prohibited items were found from him, who however admitted to be about to buy drugs from the involved Hong Kong man.
The Judiciary Police transferred the above 2 involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances respectively.
Dois homens detidos por tráfico de droga
Há dias recebemos informações indicando que uma rede de narcotráfico de Hong Kong teria mandado um homem para vender droga em Macau. A investigação permiiu identificar o indivíduo e a sua residência, este, na madrugada de 17 de Maio de 2018, altura em que estava supostamente a efectuar uma transacção de droga, com outra pessoa de Macau, nas proximidades de um prédio na zona do norte, foi detido e foram encontrados, na sua posse, dois pacotes com cerca de 2,48 gramas de cocaína.
Mais tarde, no apartamento que alugava foram encontrados uma lata que continha cerca de 25,32 gramas de cocaína, instrumentos para dividir a droga e 57 mil HKD obtidos de forma ilegítima. Nesta operação, apreenderam-se, no total, 27,8 gramas de cocaína que valem aproximadamente 93 mil patacas.
Na investigação, o homem admitiu ter sido contratado pela rede de Hong Kong para vender droga em Macau, também declarou que podia receber 3.000 HKD por cada transacção de 24 gramas da droga, tendo já ganho por volta de 30 mil HKD. O outro homem de Macau, envolvido no caso, não tinha objectos proibidos, mas reconheceu estar preparado para comprar droga junto daquele vendedor.
Os dois indivíduos forma presentes ao MP por tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, respectivamente.
