內地女子涉盜竊及電腦詐騙被捕
2017年10月9日，一名內地男子向本局報稱來澳旅遊賭博期間，於10月8日相約一名較早前在賭場結識的女子同行，之後二人返回事主租住房間休息，事主將一部手機放好後獨自外出，至翌日返回房間時發現手機不翼而飛，涉案女子亦不知所終；事主其後接獲內地銀行通知，其帳戶被人透過電子支付平台進行多次購物及提現，涉款13.6萬元人民幣。
本局展開偵查鎖定涉案女子的身份，並查得該女子於案發後已離開本澳。2018年5月7日，本局於涉案女子再次入境時將其截獲，其承認於事主使用手機進行電子交易時窺看到密碼，並趁事主外出時盜取手機來進行購物及套現，所得贓款已在賭博中全數輸清。
本局以加重盜竊罪及電腦詐騙（加重）罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland Chinese woman arrested for theft and computer fraud
A mainland Chinese man reported to the Judiciary Police on 9 October 2017 that while travelling and gambling in Macao, he invited a woman whom he had met earlier in a casino to travel together on October 8th. They then returned to the victim’s rental room to take a rest. Having put away his mobile phone before going out alone, the victim found both the phone and the woman missing when he returned to the room the next day. He was later informed by a mainland Chinese bank that his account had been exploited for multiple transactions and withdrawals on an electronic payment platform, involving an amount of RMB 136,000.
The Judiciary Police launched investigation, identifying the involved woman, who was found to have fled Macao after committing the crime. The Judiciary Police intercepted her upon her re-entry on 7 May 2018. The woman confessed to have peeked the victim’s password when he was using his mobile phone for electronic transactions. When the victim had gone out, she stole his mobile phone for shopping and cash withdrawals and gambled away all the criminal proceeds.
The involved woman was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of aggravated theft and computer fraud (aggravated).

Em 9 de Outubro de 2017, um homem, da China continental, fez queixa na PJ dizendo que durante a sua viagem em Macau, mais especialmente no dia 8 de Outubro, foi acompanhado por uma mulher que conheceu num casino, os dois voltaram ao quarto alugado pelo homem para descansar. O homem saiu sozinho sem levar o seu telemóvel. Quando voltou no dia seguinte, descobriu que o seu telemóvel tinha desaparecido assim como a mulher. Posteriormente, o homem recebeu algumas notificações do banco da China continental, dizendo que a sua conta tinha efectuado vários pagamentos para compras e levantamentos num total de 136 mil RMB.
Na investigação, a PJ conseguiu identificar a mulher e apurou que esta tinha saído de Macau após o furto. Em 7 de Maio de 2018, ela foi detida ao entrar no território. A mesma confessou ter visto a senha do pagamento electrónico aquando de uma transacção feita pelo homem no seu telemóvel, aproveitou do facto que o homem tinha saído, furtou o telemóvel, efectuou pagamentos e levantou dinheiro, todo o dinheiro furtado foi perdido no jogo.
A detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado e burla informática (de valor consideravelmente elevado).
