內地男子涉三宗珠寶玉石盜竊案被捕
本局於2017年11月至2018年3月先後接獲三宗珠寶店盜竊案，包括：
2017年11月24日，高士德區某珠寶店報稱一名男子到店內選購鑽石，但因議價不成而離去，東主事後發現其中一枚鑽石被盜，損失折合約51,500澳門元。
2018年1月10日，高士德區另一間珠寶店報稱一名男子到店內挑選玉石，最終未有成交，東主其後發現其中一塊玉石不翼而飛，損失七萬澳門元。
2018年3月28日，大三巴區某珠寶玉石店報稱兩名男子進入店內選購貴價玉石，期間相中一塊名貴玉石，但最終沒有購買並離開，東主其後發現該塊玉石被盜，損失折合約380萬澳門元。
本局對上述案件進行分析調查，鎖定一名涉案內地男子，並知悉其作案後逃回內地。直至2018年5月2日，涉案男子再次進入本澳，本局隨即展開部署，並於翌日在中區某酒店客房將其拘捕，並起出小量仿真鑽石及鑽飾。涉案男子否認犯案，但本局根據相關調查證據，以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院處理，並追查在逃涉案人士的下落。
Mainland Chinese man arrested for involvement in three theft cases of jewellery and jade
The Judiciary Police received three cases of thefts in jewellery stores between November 2017 and March 2018, detailed below:
On 24 November 2017, a jewellery store in Horta e Costa reported that a man had visited the shop to purchase diamonds but left after failing the bargain. The owner later found that one of the diamonds was stolen, suffering a loss of around MOP 51,500.
On 10 January 2018, another jewellery store in Horta e Costa reported that a man had visited the shop to pick some jade but no transaction had been made. The owner later realized that one of the jade stones had vanished into thin air, suffering a loss of MOP 70,000.
On 28 March 2018, a jewellery and jade store reported that two men had entered the shop to choose high-end jade stones. A precious jade stone caught their eye, but they eventually left without purchasing it. The owner later found that the jade had been stolen, suffering a loss of around MOP 3,800,000.
Analysis and investigation in the aforesaid cases led to the identification of the involved mainland Chinese man, who had fled to mainland China after perpetrating the crimes. When he entered Macao again on 2 May 2018, the Judiciary Police promptly deployed to arrest him in a guest room of a hotel in central district, seizing a few diamond stimulants and diamond accessories. Despite the involved man’s denial of perpetration of the crimes, the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft based on the evidence, while pursuing the other person at large.
Detido um homem da China continental por três furtos de jóias e pedras
Entre Novembro de 2017 e Março de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu três casos de furtos em joalharias, nomeadamente:
No dia 24 de Novembro de 2017, registou-se uma denúncia apresentada por uma loja de joalharia na zona de Horta e Costa, na qual alegava-se que um homem teria escolhido diamantes na loja, no fim foi-se embora devido a não ter conseguido o prço que queria, posteriormente o dono da loja descobriu que um diamante tinha sido furtado sendoo prejuízo equivalente a 51.500 patacas.
Em 10 de Janeiro de 2018, segundo uma participação feita por outra loja de joalharia na zona referida, um homem terá escolhido umas pedras, no fim não se fechou o negócio. O proprietário da loja descobriu depois que uma das pedras tinha desaparecido, tendo sofrido um prejuízo de 70 mil patacas.
No dia 28 de Março de 2018, uma loja de joalharia e pedras preciosas na zona das Ruínas de São Paulo fez uma queixa dizendo que dois homens entraram, escolheram pedras de valor elevado, entre as quais seleccionaram uma pedra preciosa, mas acabaram por sair sem adquiri-la. Posteriormente, o dono da loja descobriu que a pedra seleccionada tinha sido furtada, num prejuízo correspondente a 3.8 milhões de patacas.
Na investigação, conseguiu-se identificar um homem da China continental, e foi apurado que tinha fugido além fronteira após o crime. Em 2 de Maio de 2018, quando o suspeito tentou entrar de novo no Território, foi feito um planeamento que culminou, no dia seguinte, na detenção do mesmo num quarto de hotel na zona central, tendo sido apreendida uma pequena quantidade de diamantes simulados e jóias. O detido negou o crime, mas com base nas provas recolhidas, foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado. A PJ continua à procura do paradeiro dos cúmplices em fuga.
