三名內地男女涉操作偽基站被捕
本局持續打擊偽基站犯罪，根據調查鎖定新口岸區一個懷疑用作偽基站的單位，並於2018年5月2日採取行動，在該單位截獲一名內地男子、其兒子及兒子的女友，檢獲三套偽基站設備。
調查發現，該單位原為涉案男子的兒子承租，涉案男子自2018年開始被犯罪集團招攬，在兒子租住單位設立偽基站，並負責管理和啟動偽基站設備，每月可得四千元人民幣報酬。
鑑於有證據顯示上述單位附近自2017年中起出現偽基站訊號，涉案人等有可能於該段期間開始參與犯罪，本局以犯罪集團、干擾電腦系統、用作實施犯罪的電腦裝置或電腦數據資料、侵犯通訊之工具等四罪將三人移送檢察院處理，並繼續追緝在逃人士下落。
Three mainlanders arrested for involvement in pseudo base station operation
The Judiciary Police continues to combat crimes involving pseudo base stations. Based on our investigation, an apartment suspected to be used for pseudo base station was identified and action was then taken on 2nd May 2018. One mainland man, his son, and this son’s girlfriend were intercepted inside the apartment, plus three sets of pseudo base-station equipment seized.
Investigation revealed that the apartment was originally rented by the involved man’s son. The involved man had been recruited by a criminal syndicate since early 2018 to set up a pseudo base station in this rented apartment of his son. He was also responsible for managing and launching the pseudo base station equipment. He could receive a monthly reward of RMB4,000.
As there was evidence showing that pseudo base station signal had been detected near the abovementioned apartment since mid-2017, it was likely that the involved persons had started their involvement in the crime during that period of time. The Judiciary Police transferred the three persons to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of criminal syndicate, interference of computer system, computer devices or computer data for perpetrating crime, and abuse of communication tools, while pursuing the persons at large.
Detidos 3 indivíduos da China continental por operar estações emissoras simuladas
No âmbito do combate às estações emissoras simuladas, de acordo com informações recebidas, a PJ conseguiu localizar um apartamento no NAPE, que supostamente servia para ocultar estações simuladas, assim, entrou em acção em 2 de Maio de 2018, foram detidos um homem, da China continental, o seu filho e a namorada do filho, foram também encontrados ainda 3 conjuntos de equipamentos.
Na investigação, apurou-se que este apartamento tinha sido alugado pelo filho, o homem foi recrutado em 2018 por um grupo criminoso, para estabelecer estações emissoras simuladas no apartamento alugado pelo filho. Estava encarregado de montar e gerir as estações simuladas, conseguindo mensalmente 4mil RMB.
Considerou-se como prova o facto que havia estações a emitir nas proximidades do apartamento referido desde meados de 2017, portanto é possível que tenham começado a operar naquela altura. Os três detidos foram presentes ao MP por associação criminosa, obstrução de sistema informático, a PJ continua à procura de eventuais cúmplices em fuga.
