內地漢涉搶劫落網
本局於2018年4月19日偵破一宗迷暈及搶劫“換錢黨”的案件，將一名涉案男子移送檢察院處理；至2018年4月30日，本局於關閘口岸截獲另一名涉案內地男子，其承認於內地透過網上購買相關藥物，所得贓款已分給同黨及於賭博中輸清。
調查期間，本局發現被捕男子還涉及2018年2月6日的另一宗搶劫案，其假意向一名賭客提供飲品將對方迷暈，再掠去6.8萬港元籌碼及1.2萬港元現金，全部贓款已用於償還賭債。
本局以搶劫罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for involvement in robbery
On 19 April 2018, the Judiciary Police cracked a knock-out robbery case of “money exchanging gang”, and transferred an involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office. Until 30 April 2018, the Judiciary Police intercepted another involved mainland man at the Border Gate Checkpoint. He admitted to have bought the related drug online in the mainland, while the illicit money had been shared among his accomplices and gambled away.
During the investigation, the Judiciary Police found that the arrested man was also involved in another robbery case on 6 February 2018. After knocking out a gambler by craftily offering him a drink, he snatched HKD68,000 of casino chips and HKD12,000 in cash. All the illicit money was used to repay his gambling debts.
The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of robbery.
Detido um homem da China continental por roubo
No dia 19 de Abril de 2018, a PJ resolveu um caso de roubo que envolvia troca de dinheiro, a pessoa detida neste caso foi presente ao MP. Outro indivíduo da China continental, ligado àquele crime, foi detido pela PJ nas Portas do Cerco em 30 de Abril de 2018, este confessou ter comprado alguns medicamentos, (usados na actuação), no continente através da internet, o dinheiro roubado foi distribuído para outros cúmplices e perdido ao jogo.
Na investigação, apurou-se que o suspeito estava ainda envolvido noutro roubo de 6 de Fevereiro de 2018, este terá oferecido uma bebida para um jogador que acabou por perder os sentidos, naquela altura roubou 68 mil HKD em fichas e 12 mil HKD em numerário, todos foram usados para saldar dívidas de jogo.
O detido foi presente ao MP por roubo.
