偵破協助偷渡集團 拘一名內地男子
2018年4月26日，本局調查一宗偷渡集團案時發現內地蛇頭涉嫌使用船隻協助及接應非法入境者進出本澳，隨即進行部署，並於當晚發現涉案男子帶同三男三女非法入境者，由北安大馬路附近新填海區徒步前往北安大馬路，再分成兩批往澳門國際機場及友誼大橋方向行走。
本局人員隨即採取行動，成功截獲涉案男子及全部非法入境者。調查發現，上述非法入境者向偷渡集團給付1.2萬元人民幣偷渡費，來澳目的為從事疊碼工作及賭博。
本局對涉案男子控以犯罪集團罪及協助（非法入境）罪，並移送檢察院處理。
Syndicate assisting human smuggling cracked with one mainland man arrested
On 26th April 2018, during an investigation of a human smuggling syndicate case, the Judiciary Police found that a mainland snakehead was involved in assisting and aiding illegal immigrants to enter or exit Macao with vessels. Deployment was thus made immediately. On the same night, the involved man was found leading 3 male and 3 female illegal immigrants to Estrada de Pac On from the newly reclaimed zone nearby on foot. They then split into two groups and walked towards the Macao International Airport and Ponte da Amizade separately.
Taking action immediately, personnel of the Judiciary Police successfully intercepted the involved man and all the illegal immigrants. Investigation revealed that a smuggling fee of RMB 12,000 was paid to the human smuggling syndicate by the illegal immigrants, so as to enter Macao for the purposes of working as chip-roller(s) or gambling.
The Judiciary Police charged the involved man with the offences of criminal syndicate and assisting (illegal immigration), and transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office.
Desmantelada uma rede de auxílio de imigração ilegal e detido um homem da RPC
Em 26 de Abril de 2018, na investigação de um caso de imigração ilegal, verificou-se que um cabecilha da China continental estava a auxiliar, com o uso de um barco, a entrada e saída dos imigrantes ilegais e acolhê-los, por isso os nossos agentes prepararam a acção. Naquela noite, viram que o homem troxe três homens e três mulheres, imigrantes ilegais, andaram do novo aterro que fica perto da Estrada de Pac On para a mesma Estrada, onde foram divididos em dois grupos que foram, respectivamente, em direcção ao Aeroporto Internacional e à Ponte da Amizade.
Os agentes entraram em acção que resultou na detenção do homem e de todos os imigrantes ilegais. Apurou-se que esses imigrantes pagaram à rede um total de 12 mil RMB pela deslocação, e que vieram para Macau com a intenção de trabalhar como bate-ficha e jogar.
O homem foi presente ao MP por associação criminosa e auxílio à imigração ilegal.
