非法入境者盜竊被拘
2018年4月11日，本局接獲治安警察局通知，一名內地男子於中區某食肆用膳時被人盜去財物。
本局接報後展開調查，得悉事主於食肆用膳期間，將放有6.9萬港元現金的外套掛在椅背，其後發現款項不翼而飛，同時其後面座位的男子離開了食肆；事主懷疑該名男子盜去款項，馬上進行追截但不果。
本局調查後掌握涉案男子的逃走路線，於2018年4月25日在中區某賭場酒店大堂將其拘捕，其承認作案後將部份贓款匯至內地親屬，部份則用作賭博，其後再指示親屬將贓款返還並用於賭博，最終全部輸清。
鑑於涉案男子現正被當局禁止入境，故本局以加重盜竊罪及非法再入境罪將其移送檢察院偵辦。
Illegal immigrant apprehended for theft
On 11th April 2018, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that a mainland man had his properties stolen during his meal in a restaurant located at the central district.
Investigation was launched upon receipt of the report. It was revealed that the victim hung his jacket, in which he put HKD69,000 of cash, on the back of his chair while he was dining in the restaurant. Later, he discovered that the cash was gone while the man sitting behind him had left the restaurant. The victim suspected that this man had stolen his cash and tried to intercept him immediately, yet failed.
After our investigation, the escape route of the involved man was ascertained. He was apprehended on 25th April 2018 at the foyer of a casino hotel located at the central district. He admitted to have remitted part of the stolen money to his relative in the mainland, and spent part of it on gambling after perpetration. Later, he instructed his relative to return the stolen money for further gambling, and he finally gambled away all the money.
The involved man is currently banned from entering Macao by the authority, therefore the Judiciary Police transferred him to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of aggravated theft and illegal re-entry.
Detido um imigrante ilegal por furto
No dia 11 de Abril de 2018, a Polícia Judiciária recebeu uma comunicação da PSP, indicando que um homem da China continental tinha sido alvo de furto num estabelecimento de comidas, na zona central, onde estava a comer.
Na investigação, apurou-se que, durante a refeição no estabelecimento, a vítima descobriu que os 69 mil dólares de Hong Kong em numerário, guardados no seu casaco que estava pendurado nas costas da cadeira, tinham desaparecido, altura em que um homem, sentado atrás dele, saiu do estabelecimento. A vítima suspeitou que o homem lhe tivesse furtado o dinheiro, perseguiu-o de imediato, mas em vão.
Segundo o seu itinerário de fuga, no dia 25 de Abril de 2018, a PJ conseguiu deter o indivíduo no átrio de um casino-hotel na zona central. O detido confessou o crime e disse que tinha transferido uma parte do dinheiro furtado para os seus familiares da China continental, sendo outra usada para jogar, e que depois tinha indicado os seus familiares para restituir o dinheiro transferido, mas acabou por ter perdido todo o dinheiro ao jogo.
Atendendo a que o detido encontrava-se interdito de entrada no Território, foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e reentrada ilegal.
